Expansive mountainside retreat, close to Stowe, Smuggler's Notch, Jay

Wonderful property in a beautiful spot. It felt remote but was close to civilization, both Morrisville and Stowe. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would return in a heartbeat.

The home was wonderful for our family of 6 plus a toddler. We especially enjoyed the movie theater, pool room, outdoor deck and kitchen.

No hot tub / spa as was advertisedPlatform step in movie theater is a safety hazard, especially in dark. Kitchen utensils not well stocked ! Light switches not labeled allowed us to play guess which light Privacy was wonderful. Showers were very good. Bath rooms available very good We enjoyed our week very well !

Loved this rental. Lot’s of space with fun decor in beautiful Vermont location. One hour from Jay Peak and very close to Stowe and Smugglers notch. We cooked in every night but town was only 12 minutes from the house with 2 major supermarkets. I recommend this rental for a comfortable stay with all the amenities!

We had the pleasure of staying at this expansive property for our family's annual ski trip. We arrived to a large two car garage that allowed us to enter into a mud room area. There is a huge living area and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few big dinners. All of the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms even had heated floors. There is a jacuzzi/hot tub in the master bath. The beds were super comfortable. There is an awesome theater room downstairs. The owner, Anton, was quick to answer any questions that arose. The home is a bit remote but we prefer that and it was a quick drive (10-15 minutes) to the towns of Morrisville or Stowe. We will definitely look to stay here again! Looking forward to next year!!

This was the perfect getaway location for a quick trip to VT to ski both Jay Peak and Stowe. This is our second trip to this house and I hope that we have many more return trips. The house is clean, the sound system, pool table and movie theater are perfect for apres ski activities with friends.

As we drove up to the home, we were greeted with lanterns that lined the driveway that lead us to the home. We really enjoyed our stay at Anton's home. The property is very spacious with many amenities - starting with a very well stocked chef kitchen with a huge refrigerator and freezer, pots, pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, soap, paper towels, dish towels and anything else you may to make a meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well appointed with many pillows, towels and linens. The pool table and movie theater was a bonus and could have spent another few days in the lovely home. We also had wonderful weather with 4-5 of fresh powder which made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you for having us and we will definitely look to stay in Anton's home again!

This house is/was absolutely stunning! The host, Anton was amazing as well! We took our two kids up to VT to see Ben & Jerrys & Cabot, which we did, but each time we left we could not wait to get back to the house! You literally can get lost in this house. My family's favorite part was the movie theater. I could not figure out how to get the lights in the wine cellar to work, but we just went in to check it out so it made no difference to us. Everything in the house was perfect, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, you name it!! Huge thank you to Anton for making our vacation one that we will never forget! To have a house such as this, and allow pets is unheard of! Thank you so much!

This was our first time in Vermont and we really looked forward to our stay at this property. We were excited for the remote location in the hopes of seeing more of the area's wildlife! Also that it wasn't too far from the attractions we were planning on seeing. We were disappointed that this VRBO was not the cleanest and needed some updating. The first night we took a shower in the master bedroom, the seal on the shower door was partially hanging off, which caused water to leak out of the shower onto the floor. We had to wash & dry the carpets because of this. Also the shower floor had cracks in it and what appeared to be mold around the inside floor. There was also a musty smell to the house. The smell of the kitchen chair pads was disgusting! My brother dropped something on the floor of his bedroom and could not believe how dusty and dirty the floor was under the bed. We think this house has a lot of potential if it would be cleaner and better maintained. Just an FYI - we had stayed in another VRBO in Maine the week before and it was very well maintained and was excellent in cleanliness.

We spent 3 days enjoying the fall weather on the huge back porch. Enjoyed a movie one evening in the home theatre and played a little pool to pass time after dinner. Only 20-30 minute drive from all different types of attractions. This house can really accommodate large groups with multiple rooms and huge refrigerator and freezer. We hope to come back in the future!!
