Expansive Lakefront Home on Lake Hamilton 3 mi to Oaklawn-HOTTUB Pool, Firepit!

The host was very responsive and helpful! Beautiful, luxurious home with a beautiful view of the lake! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well.

For the past 5 years, in February, we take a trip to Hot Springs and we stay in this house. The owner is always so kind and very prompt with anything we have asked. The house is always beautiful and clean.

Such a beautiful property. The amenities were amazing. The lanscape and lakefront were breathtaking. Our rooms were immaculate and every attention was paid to every tiny detail. Our host was easily communicated with and answered all of our questions. Would love to stay forever! We will be back!

This home is beautiful and very clean.

I booked this home so all family members could be together. My mother passed away and the home was close to the church where the memorial was held. Enough bedrooms and ample space for everyone. Home was lovely and clean which is important. Family member ages from 6 to 80. Pool, lake, hot tub, game room provided all types of entertainment for all ages. Charity was excellent to communicate with. We are discussing booking the home for a one year memorial for our mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

This was an amazing property. The perfect place to take your young adult children and friends for a staycation. You don’t need to leave the house to keep everyone entertained. Very clean and had everything we needed all the way down to pool toys and a welcome basket of goodies. Lots of parking was a bonus when taking your boat.

We have rented this house multiple times in the last 13 years. Every time we come there are upgrades, updates and new features. The addition of the gaming room and swimming pool was the icing on the cake. Charity is absolutely the best hostess. Our family of 15 has plenty of space to enjoy our time together. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect! Our grandsons say the best part of our vacation was spending time in the house playing and fishing.

Our family of 7; 5 adults and two children aged 2 and 4 loved our Spring Break at this beautiful home. It had everything you could imagine. Well stocked kitchen, great deck for eating our family meals together, beautiful pool that was cold but we knew that coming in April, so much outdoor seating, plenty of space and wonderful bedrooms. The basement game room and theatre room were an added bonus. Loved watching NCAA finals on the big screen and morning shows for the kids! Brought our fishing boat and it was great having the covered boat docks. Charity is awesome to work with. Responds very quickly and is so caring to make sure we had everything we needed or if we had any questions. Would definitely book again as we love Hot Springs.

We took a group of 16 and it was the perfect place for our large group. Great location by the lake, peaceful and quiet, easy access to Hot Springs. Great communication from the owners. We will be back!

This property was everything we needed and could have hoped for! We had 12 adults and 5 kids ages ranging from 3-15 and this house had more than enough to keep everyone comfortable and entertained! Swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the theatre room or play video games, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, it had so much lounge space all over! The entire family loved our stay!!!

We VERY much enjoyed the luxurious accommodations at this wonderful property in Hot Springs! While the weather didn’t cooperate with us to use the pool as much as we wanted, we soaked in the hot tub, enjoyed coffee on the expansive deck while watching the birds, and had some very competitive air hockey / ping pong / pool games. Charity was SUPER responsive and an EXCELLENT host. All our needs / wants were met. It was quiet to enjoy the lake, and close to all that Hot Springs had to offer. What a great trip!

We spent our Thanksgiving week at this home and it was fantastic. There were 15 of us and we all fit comfortably. The kids loved the hot tub, the gaming area, game room, bunk room, and the movie room. There was plenty of space for the adults to hang out and catch up. Kitchen was stocked, house was super clean, and Charity was quick answering all questions. We absolutely recommend this home.

Our experience was wonderful. Communication with property manage was wonderful. There is a lot for everyone to do. Kids had fun playing games while adults watched football on the large screen. The only snag was the tv for the golf game did not work. I would recommend this home to anyone.
