The central air kept us all cool and comfortable during the heatwave. House is very spacious and has a great deck with gas and charcoal grills. Great for family barbecues. On a nice scenic quiet street that goes down to little Pleasant bay.

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 2 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay in this well-situated home. With unusually large rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen complete with everything you’d need for your stay, lovely deck with enough seating, newly constructed outdoor shower and double garage filled with beach items for borrowing! It was a pleasure to fill the birdbath and watch the bird-visitors eat at the well-stocked feeder. The small-boat launch at the end of the street was a great destination to poke around in for sea creatures when we weren’t at the sandy beaches. We enjoyed our stay!
