The Hosty was super accommodating. They were so gracious to let us come a little bit early and stay a little bit later than check-in which I know can be an inconvenience at times. Very grateful for that. Communication was excellent. House was amazing. Price was very reasonable.

My husband and I, along with my sister and her husband, had the most wonderful stay at this property in Scottsdale. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and having our own bathrooms was a huge bonus.The pool was absolutely amazing, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind each evening. We loved spending time outdoors, especially on the beautiful patio where we enjoyed meals at the table while soaking in the Arizona air. The outdoor kitchen was a great feature – we made good use of it!The location is fantastic, with easy access to grocery stores, shopping, and several golf courses, making it convenient for all of our needs. The kitchen inside the house was gorgeous and had everything we needed to cook meals at home, which we really appreciated.We were so comfortable here that we ended up extending our stay, as it was colder back home and we simply didn’t want to leave this amazing property. Having a laundry in the house was also a great convenience, allowing us to pack light and stay fresh during our visit.Overall, we had an unforgettable time, and we highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious Scottsdale getaway. We will be back!!!

This is our second stay at the property and we love it. The pool is gorgeous and a wonderful new addition. The house is very comfortable and in a convenient location. I really appreciate the very well stocked kitchen and coffee/tea bar. Management is super responsive and very courteous. They have a website with all of the house details, so read that and all of your questions will be answered. We will definitely stay here again. Five stars all around.

Very nice house on a quiet street minutes from lots to do. Walking trail goes right to Old Town.

I was hesitant to review this stay only because I didn't want to be too critical of Ric, the property manager who ultimately took care of the issue....But, here goes: Ric was great. We needed to come in a day early and he made that happen w/no hassle. When we got there, the property was just as described. It's in a great location, was clean, had a great space for us to spend some time (inside and out) My only issue was with the AC. The AC didn't work. I let Ric know and initially he thought the property owner had set the wifi thermostat so guests couldn't control it. We burned up the first night and got no sleep. I was in contact until midnight with Ric letting him know it just wasn't working (even after the homeowner allowed us to make changes to the thermostat) I finally shut off the system because even on AC, it was blowing hot air. OK-TO RICS CREDIT- The next day, Ric had an AC person there who verified the Ecobee thermostat didn't work and they had to order a new one. So, he fixed it so we would have AC, but no heat. That wasn't perfect either because it got cold while we were there. All this to say, I would stay there again & assume things would go better with the AC. And, Ric was good with communication thru the process. I hope the new thermostat came in and has been replaced. I also hope the property owner doesn't in fact put limits on where the thermostat can be adjusted. Or, if they do, would be honest enough to list that on the VRBO description. Because I for one would never knowingly stay in a property that had such restrictions.

Overall, this was a great property and we would choose to stay here again. The location is great, very convenient to grocery, shopping, restaurant, etc. The space is well laid out and the back yard is really lovely. We enjoyed sitting out back and watching the quail family run about. The master bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a majority of our meals. I will say, I was personally confused by the stove top since it has a safety lock. Took me a minute and a google search, but we figured it out. The dishwasher would not start when we tried to run it, but I suspect that was a user error rather than something wrong with the dishwasher. Overall, very quiet, private and comfortable rental. I highly recommend.

We liked the location and this roomy house. Close to Old Town, Waterfront etc.
