Our stay was great! We had a wonderful time in Greensboro, and the house was wonderful. We especially enjoyed spending time outdoors for dinner/relaxing, while having privacy. Would definitely recommend!
Lovely single level home perfect for a family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms large and on one side of the house with a door to close for privacy or noise reduction. (we had our two grandchildren who went to bed earlier so this was a nice feature) Outside patio was very nice and shaded. Perfect location , very private and on the 15th fairway. Lots of parking. Andy was a great host and very responsive.
The place is huge, retro and perfect for a large family. Great trip.
This property was wonderful and made our stay perfect. We had plenty of space and privacy as we attended our daughter's graduation from college.
This sprawling mid-century ranch was divine. The layout was perfect and is just what I would want in my own home. The neighborhood was beautiful. The home was tucked down a secluded driveway where every view outside felt like you were in a forest paradise. You’d never guess this home would be just a couple miles from the interstate, grocery store, and the center of Greensboro. We stayed for an event at the Greensboro Coliseum, a short 12 min drive away. On top of the amazing architecture, sheer size of the home, and perfect location, it was decorated with original art and unique pieces that were so interesting to look at. It was clear the home has been well-loved and cared for. I think the only critique I might give is that the room with the twin beds could use a bit of refreshing. Even so, it was so nice to have so much space for our extended family to be comfortable and for us to all be together. Thank you, Andy!
Large 4 bedroom property in golf course community. Big living room great to hang out in. Huge patio area off living room overlooking golf course. Perfect place to kick back and enjoy inside and outside living. Beautiful neighborhood for walking running or biking. Very clean and comfortable.
Great house perfect for my group
We had a great Holiday weekend, in this magnificent home!
A beautiful, spacious property that accommodated our 8 adults and 4 babies for a location half way between Charlotte & Raleigh. Very well appointed with everything needed to spend a family weekend all together. Warm and welcoming and comfortable. Bed comfort was awesome. Location was extremely convenient and absolutely beautiful. Our host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend and stay again!
The property is unique. Large kitchen which was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with family and friends. The landscape was spectacular. Highly recommend this property.
This is a lovely home in a lovely setting. Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the combination of kitchen, dining and living areas are quite spacious. All of the bedrooms are located on the same wing so staggered bedtimes might be an issue for some. Given the size of our family gathering the number of bathrooms was a key qualifier. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found that one of the bathrooms wasn't a full bath and was actually at the opposite end of the house from the bedrooms. So that complicated things. The bedrooms were all one AC zone, with one bedroom being warmer than others. So to keep them cool most others froze yet there weren't comforters or other blankets to use. I ended up wearing a t shirt at night. One annoying feature of the house is the security system. The exterior doors would set off a loud chime every time they were opened. So trying to slip out onto the patio for a solitary early morning cup of coffee couldn't be done without alerting everyone in the house.
I actually rented this property 6 yrs ago and remember how nice it was! Everything you needed was available.
Very nice place to unwind and disconnect from day to day rush. Welcoming ambience and vibe.
I'm still in awe over the amazing stay we had. It was one for the memory books, property was well manicured as well as very charming with lots of character. The home is very inviting and roomy. The only problem we had was we couldn't stay longer. Andy was the best.
