Executive Palmetto Dunes lagoon home w/ pool, spa, Peloton. 7 min walk to beach

Great property that we’ve booked more than once.

Hosts were very responsive with any questions. The house is beautiful and the location on the lagoon is lovely. The natural beauty of the backyard is very relaxing with the hot tub, tanning pool and swimming pool all very spa like, a definite escape. Taking the kayak on the lagoon was one of the best parts of our trip. Also if you enjoy pickleball, great courses you can bike too easily, with multiple round robin play every day. The Palmetto Dunes courses are very welcoming. Went with our adult children and they loved it just as much. Hope to be back soon.

This house in Palmetto Dunes was the ideal set up for my family of three boys and their grandparents. One level living with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The open concept floor plan with a beautiful kitchen, made cooking for the family easy with a beautiful view out to the back yard with pool and lagoon. There were many activities for everyone from the hot tub and pool with swim jet paired with kayaks to go out on the lagoon and steps away from a beautiful beach. Susan and Dale were excellent hosts ensuring we had everything we needed. They communicated and responded perfectly. The location is also very close to excellent golf courses all within the community. My only issue was a week was not long enough! We all wanted to stay another week, but we will be back! Thank you Susan and Dale for a vacation we will never forget.

The house was stunning! One of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in on the island in our 5 years. PLUSH carpet & idk how they are not advertising those showers more- holy luxury!!!! The kids loveddd their room & the size of the bunks trundle was such a treat vs just twins. Every room having goldilocks king beds was glorious! Such a value for the heated pool & that tanning deck was perfect for our younger kiddos. We hot tubbed every night & even had the sweetest raccoon stop to say hello scurrying past in the pine straw on our last night lol. The marsh view is always everything to me & the view from this house is beyond- the best AM & PM angle for sun & moon!!! Dale & Susan were great hosts, answering every question. Toys & garage were stocked with all we needed & Palmetto Dunes is in the middle of everything. You won't regret it!!!!!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for our spring break with teenagers. The home is more spacious and beautiful than the pictures. The backyard and pool area is just spectacular. There were abundant board games and beach gear. Our group of 10 could very comfortably eat together. We cooked several meals in and used the grill. We had everything we needed - the kitchen is very well-stocked. We rented enough bikes for everyone and we preferred biking to driving whenever possible. Palmetto Dunes is also wonderful. I personally appreciated that the owners gave us access to a vacuum and a blower. I have stayed at other properties where we have not had access and I hate living with sands and crumbs all week. The beach is a short walk. We would stay here again!

Great stay and location within a short walk to the beach and Palmetto Dunes resort activities. This home is immaculate and has all your needs covered with great kitchen and bedrooms. So many amenities with great pool/hot tub, bicycles, and kayaks. Lots of games for all ages and toys for the little ones. Susan and Dale have thought of everything and are very responsive.

Dale and Susan were fantastic hosts, who were very helpful with questions and check in. We had a family of 4, the house had a wonderful open layout, with plenty of room, great kitchen, great privacy and super hot tub and pool. We had a great time, only a few minute walk to beach. We will certainly be back.

Amazing home! The well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs-toys and wagon, bikes, kids indoor toys, pack-n-plays, pool, kayaks for several great lagoon rides…all this and minutes walk to beautiful beach…can’t say enough!!! We were flying in from CT so not having to go out and buy a bunch of stuff other than food made the experience that much better. Highly recommend!!!

This was by far the best Host’s and place we have stayed on HHI. Fully stocked as shared. Kitchen, recreational items and the beds were so comfortable! Close walk to the beach with everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, bikes! Hot tub and pools clean and a lagoon view with a deck for morning coffee and relaxation. PERFECT! Check in and out easy peasy! Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is perfect. Easy beach access. The pool is very nice. Owners are great with communication and all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing. This house has everything (I think there is literally every gadget that you could think of in the kitchen). There were multi-head showers in every bathroom which was lovely and unexpected. It was clean, updated and spacious. The hosts were very responsive and addressed a minor issue extremely quickly.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. The layout allowed us to feel like we were all together while some playing foosball, cooking or sitting and reading. The large dining table was central to the space and was a welcome spot for family games and meals. The sunroom was my favorite spot to sit, drink tea and watch the morning or evening sun reflect off the lagoon. Beautiful serene views. The pool and backyard space was an oasis on its own. The owners were so kind and responsive. They have thought of and covered every detail from beach towels, toys and chairs to a fun welcome gift. We will 100% rent our now new favorite house again next year!!

We’ve been going to Hilton Head for 9 years and this was the best stay we’ve had. The house was amazing and all the amenities were an awesome bonus. We didn’t have to want for a thing while we were there. Susan and Dale were great communicators and made the whole process incredibly easy. Will stay there again off the dates line up.

Ideal house for a family vacation! Easy walking distance to the beach, lagoon access (with kayaks and canoe provides), great pool/hot tub/backyard, amply sized bedrooms (4), each with their own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. We’ve rented on Hilton Head the past three years, and this house was my family’s favorite!

House even nicer than pics. Host very responsive. Great location. Loved the pool and the dock at the lagoon for kayaks.

The house is lovely and was perfect for our trip with family friends! The kitchen is very well-stocked. Nice little walk to the beach-not too far. We loved renting bikes and riding to the General Store for donuts in the morning. We highly recommend this house!!!

Beautifully decorated and immaculate home with all the amenities one could ask for! Neighborhood was serene for walks or bike rides, coffee on the bench down by the lagoon was peaceful. Kids could not have enjoyed the pool more, and the easy stroll to the beach was ideal (even for the toddlers). Layout of the bedrooms (with fabulous showers) provided ample privacy, and common areas of the home provided plenty of space to gather comfortably.

Perfect home for our family. The kitchen is so well equipped . My grandchildren (and Adult Children) loved the professional waffle maker :-) The pool was perfect and location and proximity to the Beach worked very well for our Family. Thank you Susan and Dale xoxo

Dale and Susan’s home is a 12 out of 10! A wonderfully conceived layout and beautifully decorated, their place has it all. A modern well equipped kitchen has a massive island and each of the 4 bedrooms has access to its own bath, only one is not a true en suite but may as well be. The backyard is quiet and private, your only visitors will be the deer that wander through. The pool is gorgeous and we loved the spa. We spent the week with our 2 adult children and their significant others and everyone had a wonderful time and agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely home. Thank you to Dale and Susan (who were stellar communicators) for sharing your place with us!

We’ve stayed at this property at least 5 times since 2020. Always leave feeling grateful. You can relax by the gas fire pit with your coffee or in the evening for smores, in the hot tub or watching family movies. You can also stay busy at the beach (5 minute walk), bike (2 adult bikes provided), kayak (3 provided), play tennis or pickleball in the neighborhood and workout on the peloton or swim jets in the pool. This visit we had our 2 boys (ages 10 & 12) and 75 year old parents. Everyone loved the neighborhood walks with lots of deer encounters. We’ll be back!

The house and hosts are exceptional. From cleanliness, to fully stocked for all needs this house was a 10 star listing! The hosts communication, especially since our own home was involved in an inclement weather situation, was exceptional and immediate. We were able to extend our vacation stay until it was safe to travel home. The grounds crew had the home back in shape 1/2 day after tornados hit. We will be repeat renters for this property.
