Executive Living 2min to Jordan Creek 6 bed/5 bath near Jordan Creek Mall!

Bottom line: we would stay here again! We were having Thanksgiving with my aunt but she did not have room for all of us, but there was plenty of room for us here. The location was an easy drive to everything we needed. It snowed on the last day we were there and Dan made sure the driveway and sidewalk were shoveled.

The host was top notch. In touch and checked on us via portal during the stay. We did not need any help during our stay but there is no doubt in my mind that anything we needed would have been taken care of immediately. This house perfectly fit our needs.

The place was wonderful and worked well for our group of 7.

Good spot for family birthday and reunion

House is big and in a great location. Kitchen was light on pots, pans and mixing / serving bowls but Dan brought some bowls the same day. Shower curtains needed to be replaced which was handled promptly but the water pressure was very weak in the showers and the tubs didn't drain. Sheets weren't changed on all the beds and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Ceiling fans had thick layer of dust. Could be amazing with a little attention

Very spacious and very clean house. Three levels allowed everyone space and quiet time. A/C worked well on all levels, important in high heat and humidity. Water pressure in showers on upper level was very low, although master bedroom shower was fine. Would suggest instruction sheet to operate TV controls. We have Direct TV at home, so these were very foreign to us. Housekeeping notes: oven needs a good cleaning, pretty dirty on arrival. Master bedroom closet has only one bulb working needs at least three replaced. Upper storage unit in fridge ( in-door, clear plastic) was cracked/broken, not a problem for us, but should be replaced. TP hanger in master bath ready to fall off the wall, previous repair visible, but poorly done.Had a great stay here, and it was very accurately represented. Great for large family stay! Would consider again if the need arose. Location provides quick, easy access to shopping and freeways.Bill July 2025

Great location and house

This home was perfect for your girls trip/celebration! Very nice and quiet neighborhood made us feel safe at all times! So many good bars and restaurants near by to enjoy as well! The house was very clean and welcoming! Had great communication with the hosts and details on what to expect was clear! Would defiantly book this house again!

This is a lovely house with plenty of room and very clean. The location is fabulous for anything you want to do near Jordan Creek. The host was amazing with communication and responsiveness. A great experience with my extended family.

The home has ample space, great outdoor space, walking distance to a nice park and Jordan Creek Mall! Close to the interstate too! The property manager was quick to respond to any needs or concerns and was glad to take some advice on what things could help make the property EVEN BETTER! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a family girls weekend. The house was clean and spacious. The openness of the main area allowed for us to socialize there and the location close to so many restaurants and activities gave us a lot of easy options. The communication with the owner was great!

The pictures are exactly how it looks. It is super clean, very nicely updated, and the location is superb! I’m big of safety and this place is safe and in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the mall and many restaurants. Host is very responsive.

Not specific to here, but please talk # of beds, business guys do not stay 2 to a king size bed. Otherwise great.

We frequent West Des Moines for extended family events. This is our 3rd stay at this house and we keep coming back. It is a great set up for our multi-generational family. Grateful for the space and we always check first to see if it’s available when we head into town. Owner is very responsive to messages.

Great open space for a group. Very comfortable beds. Ample bathrooms. Very nice kitchen.

The property is in a very good location, convenient to many amenities. Overall, the property was clean. We had a number of unexpected issues that we dealt with, otherwise, the owner would have been on property 4-6 times during our long week end stay which would have been unacceptable and very inconvenient to our family. There appears to be a number of repairs/enhancements that should have been disclosed to us prior to us booking this property for our total family enjoyment and future guests, and that was not done.

Nice location, clean and updated house. We would have loved to use the outdoor patio but the cushions due to weather were constantly damp.

Communication was quick and easy and the stay was awesome. Highly recommend
