Welcome to our vacation rental! This luxurious and spacious house is the ultimate retreat for those who want to experience comfort, style, and relaxation. As soon as you step inside, you'll be welcomed by an elegant and tastefully decorated living area that features plush leather couches, large windows and big-screen TVs. The dining area, adjacent to the living room, is perfect for intimate family gatherings or dinner parties, with ample space to seat eight guests comfortably.

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar that seats six, it has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether you're cooking up a gourmet meal or whipping up a quick snack, this kitchen has got you covered.

Our three cozy bedrooms are designed for peaceful sleep. The plush bedding and linens will ensure that you wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The master bedroom features two queen-size beds, an en-suite bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have queen-size beds and share a bathroom. The large jacuzzi-type bathtub in the master bathroom is perfect for soaking away the day's stress. The huge laundry room with a washer and dryer adds to the convenience of your stay.

The highlight of our home is the large patio that overlooks two ponds with a beautiful waterfall, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere that's perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The comfortable couches and outdoor fireplace make for a warm and inviting space, while the grill lets you cook up a delicious barbecue meal for your family and friends while enjoying the beautiful views. The ponds are home to some stunning water lilies and gorgeous koi fish. The kids and adults alike will love hand-feeding our exotic chickens.

Located in a safe and upscale neighborhood, our vacation home is just a short 30-minute drive from ski resorts and the airport. A variety of restaurants and other attractions are also just minutes away, making it an ideal location for those looking to explore the city. As a bonus, the host is a professional artist and has decorated the house with beautiful paintings. The host can create a paint night for the kids and their parents to create some amazing memories.

Other things to note
Must be 21 years or older to rent.
The backyard is closed off during winter months for liability since there are two large ponds.

There is a separate basement apartment with an outside entrance that is occupied by the owner.

Quick note. After a recent guest stay, the oven is broken so we are in the process of fixing/replacing it but it might not be available during your stay so please ask if this is a main concern. In the mean time we have supplied smaller oven that can cook/bake up to 12x12.

    The location was 30-min from SLC airport and 30-45 min from ski resorts & the host is extremely friendly. However, this does not make up for the misleading online listing RE: amenities. I’m writing this lengthy review to forewarn any persons that might consider booking this property. We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years; we expect that not everything is perfect (normal wear & tear), but when the write-up gushes over a fully equipped kitchen...with modern appliances as a chef's dream come true, we expect that the oven is functional. We realized oven did not work first morning and it put a damper on homecooked meals remainder of trip. We had to prepare all meals with a small toaster oven and a neglected cooktop range that needs heavy maintenance or replacement. We brought broken oven to the host’s attention; he tried a quick fix by replacing a breaker. That solution did not work. He then informed us that to further investigate he would have to kill power to the entire house and then speculated he would have to remove double-oven. We saw this as an inconvenience, so we declined as we did not want a major appliance repair to interrupt our vacation. This is something that should be dealt with by the host in between guests’ stays, not during. Next day we came home and wanted to warm up by fireplace in the main living room, only to learn that it did not function as well. Over course of 2 days, host and his handy man were inside the rental space 3 times trying to repair it. They were unsuccessful. Host offered to come over a 4th time and try again to repair gas fireplace. By that time, it was our 5th night and we had managed another inconvenience that long; we kindly declined and instead communicated “a discount would be more appropriate at this time.” Responding to our request for a discount because of the oven and fireplace inconveniences, the host gave us $ 100 refund to “buy dinner” on him. Not sure how no oven and no fireplace (in mid-February) for an entire week equates to $ 100, or how you feed 4 adults and 4 children with $ 100 at a restaurant that is not fast-food. The host communicated to us, “my normal policy is not to give discounts, just to be able to remedy any guest concern.” A more substantial discount would not have fixed the non-operating oven and gas fireplace, but it would have been the proper action to take for a responsible host. Our group believes that the host should invest $$$ in proper repairs or update the listing.

    Great stay at Andrew's house! Host was a cordial and made our visit quite pleasant. His yard chickens provided us with fresh eggs daily, and the large kitchen area was great for the family meals with a dining table that easily seats eight. Kitchen was stocked with every need, bedrooms all had wide screen TV's and bathrooms provided for every need. Masterbath jacuzzi was a plus. Neighborhood was upscale and close to markets and restaurants several minutes away, with access to canyon skiing just 30 minutes away. As a frequent VRBO renter, we recommend this property as a five star accommodation

    Andrew's place was a wonderful model home! ~30 minute drive to all the Ikon ski resorts. Plenty of common space & the outdoor deck was gorgeous at sunset. There are chickens in the backyard which were fun to feed (and we got fresh eggs!). Andrew was very communicative throughout and we appreciated that he let us house our luggage/ski bags after checkout while we were skiing our last day.

    Stop scrolling through properties, this is the one. This was exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful, large and clean home. Close to the best ski resorts in Utah and all at a good price. A wonderful host that went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Some great extra amenities at the house really made the trip unique and memorable. I can't thank our host enough!

    This was our first booking with VRBO, let alone our first booking of a house. Andrew was a great host and answered many questions for us. The house and amenities were exactly as advertised. The location was very near the wedding venue that brought us into town, most convenient. Afterwards the home was cozy and allowed time to relax and unwind. Andrew was always easy to contact for any assistance during our stay. Again, a great host. Highly recommended, Rudy.
