Good location. Close to everything. The host were great. We would definitely stay again.

It’s beyond me how this getting such high reviews especially for communication. All we got was lies and ghosting from the owner. Was really disappointed to a point that we will never book this kind of property again

Loved how clean the property was. It was easy to communicate with the owners also.

Property was clean and comfortable. The area was a little noisy at night but it wasnt too bad.

Didn’t appear as though anyone had been in the place for a while. Cobwebs and a huge spider in the kitchen. Plug in air fresheners in all the rooms made a flowery smell overwhelming. The air conditioners worked, but made odd sounds often throughout the night. Location was great. Parking was great. Ample space. It was sufficient to our needs.

Perfect location with a short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Home was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many restaurants. Also enjoyed the Farmers' Market nearby.

We came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. She attends Mesa JC and we wanted to stay somewhere in PB. This place is conveniently located in PB. Close to Breakfast Republic and other shops within a 10 minute walk. We like to run so this was perfect to run to the beach. Definitely would stay here again!

The check in process was easy, the host was ver responsive and accommodating, the place was clean, and it was walking distance to the beach. We had a great time

Enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants/coffee shops. Located in a very quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Well stocked with utensils, wifi was adequate, beds comfortable. Very little communication with property managers but since we didn't have any issues that was ok. Would stay here again.

Simple two bed two bath apartment in multiplex. A good launchpad for visiting the area. Easy walk to the beach. Tons of restaurants to choose from within very short walk. Place was as advertised. Simple and clean. Remarkably quiet. Host very responsive as I had a question checking in. Good value for anyone for whom the place is someplace to begin and end each day.

The stay was as accurate as it lists on the the description. Communication was super easy with the hosts, and even provided their direct line in case they didn't respond quick enough through the VRBO messaging. Never had the need to contact them during our stay though. This place has EVERYTHING. It's super close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the free parking was perfect. The beds were SO comfortable. We stayed there for a whole 7 days. The price and location were just perfect for us. Will stay there again.

We had a nice visit enjoyed the place. Would stay again. It’s unfortunate that the weather wasn’t great for us.

quiet, clean and roomy. great location

This property is a great location in Pacific Beach only a few blocks from the pier and one block from Grand/Garnet streets. It was easy to get in and out of this location and was very clean. The only things that would have made it better would be beach supplies and a toaster. Lastly, I sent the owner a couple messages with no response.

Such a cute place to stay. Easy access to beach and restaurants.

This location was absolutely perfect, secure and safe walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, anything we needed was only minutes away. The home was welcoming, clean and very comfortable. Our host was warm and very helpful. Me, my husband and 2 teenage children loved it. We will be going back very soon. We enjoyed our stay very much it was very hard to leave this place.

We came for my son’s wedding we didn’t get to spend a lot of time other than to sleep but we did walk to beach with my 70 year old mom and ate by the beach. Quiet at the house and you could hear and swim see sea world fireworks.
