Stayed Jul 6, 2025We loved the house! The only negative was the listing stated 3 pull out beds were in a study when they were in fact in the living room. The house had everything you could ever want in the kitchen and more. All beds were extremely comfortable plus extra bedding & pillows should you need it. We loved the pool when we were not at the beach. It was weird to see white pet hair everywhere when the listing states no pets allowed. Overall the house was amazing and we would stay again!!!! Family vacation was perfect because of this house!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Overall, this is a great house and the location is great. Just have to cross a small community drive and then you are on the paved/wooden walkway over the sand dune and onto the beach. Less than 1 minute and you do have unobstructed views of the beach from the house porch which has lots of good seating. Under the house, there is a great patio with 4 tables & seating for 20 or so - we ate all of our meals here. Appreciated that the house had plenty of towels. But...the pics are a little misleading in that there are really only 2 bedrooms with King beds. The 2 Queen beds listed are upstairs in a loft that is open to the living room/dining/kitchen area so no privacy and no quiet area for those at all. The other beds are pull out couches that are in the main living area so really can't be used as beds unless you are the last one to bed and the first one up - again no privacy or quietness for those. The pool is also very small - looks much bigger in the pics; however, it was really nice to have as most of the houses in this area do not have pools. Overall, house is very nice and was very clean but personally feel is wonderful for a smaller group.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Beautiful home with great parking. We typically rent beach houses 2-3 times a year and this has been the best overall beach house experience. When you combine the quiet neighborhood, beach view from the house, proximity to the beach, private entrance to the beach, swimming pool, parking availability, quality amenities and cold A/C making this house a relaxing outstanding beach getaway !
