Beautiful property, great location! A lot of really nice touches! Just two things- first, the keypad lock on front door did not work so we had to carry around a key all weekend. Plus the door would beep incessantly if it was not locked. Second, we were not told there was a hot tub and did notBring appropriate clothing. And when we bought something to wear and went in, the stench of chlorine was overpowering and harsh on our skin. Honestly, we did not feel safe because of all of the chemicals.

The house was a great choice for our long weekend stay in St. Augustine. It was clean and very nicely decorated…well suited for my 2 adult daughters and myself traveling for a “big” birthday celebration. The location could not have been better to walk to most of the places in the area. Having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake watching all the birds was a perfect way to start our day!

Everything was excellent. Clean house and great location. We had issues getting into the property. The door lock failed due to low battery. We were unable to get in touch with host for several hours. We almost had to cancel the reservation per the VRBO representative. Once we were able to speak to the host the issue was resolved.

This is a beautiful, well appointed, well stocked vacation home. The location is excellent. The hosts are very responsive and have given so much attention to detail. One of the best vrbo experiences, we have had. I will definitely stay here again as St. Augustine has so much to enjoy.

The location of the property was great being so close to the St. Augustine historic area. Beautiful renovated house, very clean where tranquility reigns. My whole family really enjoyed the bedrooms, the living room and especially having a good coffee on the porch. Thanks to the owners specifically Claire that provided us all we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest! Merci Daniel (Montreal)

This home was lovely. Listing does not include enough about how wonderful the lakefront is. Great screened porch fronting on a walking lane (no cars) and then beautiful lake with many interesting birds. We visited during night of lights, and had the fun of horse drawn carriages traveling by on the other side of the lake. Home is old but recently and completely upgraded. Best stocked home we have rented. Only drawbacks were check in process - info was not provided until time of check in, leaving me nervous until we actually got in, and many neighborhood signs posted saying “homes not hotels” on this street - not very neighborly. We specifically wanted a home not a hotel, so hard to guess what they hope to accomplish with unfriendly signs. We had a great stay overall and would return to this cozy, clean home.

We live in south FL and spent Thanksgiving with family in Jacksonville. Decided to stay in St Augustine to enjoy the Light the Night and other holiday events going on. The house was close enough to town center that we could have walked but we decided to drive instead. The home was quaint, nicely decorated, modern features and a covered patio on the lake which made it ideal for morning coffee. I highly recommend. The Hose, Claire, was very responsive.

House was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Good walk to St George Street. Everything that we needed was in the house. Owner thought of everything. Beds were great. We enjoyed having coffee on the screen porch. I highly recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the tranquil beauty of the surroundings. The pristine white and blue accents of the home perfectly complemented the natural beauty of the lake, which sparkled in the sun. The attention to detail in the decor was impeccable, with every corner of the home exuding a sense of comfort and style. Whether we were lounging in the coziness of the living area or unwinding in one of the three beautifully decorated bedrooms, we felt completely at ease. Beautiful kitchen if you desire to cook and the location was convenient to town. Worth the stay.

We were particularly excited about the location to be able to walk around. It ended up raining most of the time, so it was especially nice to have a big and comfortable place to hang with a screened in porch! Our host was communicative and timely! We had a great time and would recommend. Thanks!
