Inspired by the privileged suits of the Hyatt Hotels we built up a tropic waterfront home directly at the waterside. The home has completely been remodeled from 2013 till 2014 by award-winning remodeler. It has a very nice view – partially to John’s Pass, deep water and gives you the whole feeling of marine flora and fauna.
The home is been outlayed for one family with a maximum of 2-3 kids.

The house is as exactly as described, beautiful with all the modern amenities. It is extremely well maintained. It commands respect, and the heated pool is right outside the sliding glass doors. The owners are excellent to deal with, easy to contact and emphasize making the say just right. The pool and property are maintained regularly, no worries about that. The location features: kayaking from the dock; 7 minute bike ride to the beach; close to any shopping and restaurants needed or desired; excellent and reasonably priced golf 25 minutes drive away; and it is in an excellent residential community right on a canal. Features wildlife such as varied species of birds (ie- herons, pelicans; etc); fish can be seen in the canal from the dock; and paddling with dolphins regularly. John's Pass is mintes away by car, bike or kayak. We have already booked our return.
