Exclusive Aqua Escape on Indian Rocks Beach

This property is on a beautiful beach, that is the best aspect. It’s big but old, with two small garages that are very hard to park, very dated, only one very old spiral staircase to the pool and ground level other than the front door, beware if you have kids. The trash was full to the brim when we arrived and we got dinged for more trash since we left out of the cans, literally no where to put trash since they had one full trash can and the other was broke. One roll of paper towels, not enough toilet paper for 2 days much less 6 days with 10 people, no salt and pepper and not even a courtesy coffee for over 1500 a night, That is not a hot tub, it’s broken or only run off and false advertisement, the ac was very cold at the top level and non existent for the main floor.After all these years of family vacations and renting higher end places this has to be the worst maintained, poorly appointed, unsafe (spiral stairway) we have ever stayed. If not for the beach it would have been one of the worst vacations.For this price point there are so many places along this beach that truly care about their renters…these people do not. Charging us for trash that we had no where to put is ridiculous. Pray they fix or add in stairs that are safe or I would not go with children.

Wonderful home directly on the beach. Perfect for a family getaway. Plenty of room in the entire house. Couldn’t ask for a better location. IRB is the place to stay if you want to enjoy beautiful beaches. We loved the giant back porch. We loved the pool area easy access to the beach. Probably time to have the interior painted not that that hindered our stay at all, but just some feedback. Could also use a blender.Will stay again!!!

Annually, we go on a family vacation. There are 12 of us; 9 adults and 3 children. We have vacationed on house boats, houses in the mountains, houses at other beaches and cruise ships. All members of the family agreed the recent vacation in Indian Rocks, Florida at the beautiful Exclusive Aqua Escape home ranked right at the top of the list. The communication with Beach Time Rentals property management was excellent prior to our arrival and during our stay. The home was fabulous. It was very large but felt cozy. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We had two mini vans, and both fit in the garage with the door closed. We enjoyed the clean swimming pool, the well-kept landscape and having direct access to the white sandy beach. The ocean views from the property were stunning. There are numerous restaurants and activities close to the home. The home is definitely on the list for a return trip.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our extended family and it's right on the beach with a fabulous pool. My older parents were able to stay on the ground floor and minimize stair use. Our 4 children split the rooms with bunk beds and shared the Jack & Jack bathroom. The queen bed that was extra long was appreciated by my 6'4 brother-in-law. Everyone was really comfortable. Even the mattress and the pillows were comfortable. The two balconies were also much-utilized spaces. The children basically lived in the ocean and the pool. We did pay for the pool to be heated (mid-April stay) and it was perfect. Everyone spent a LOT of time in that pool. The kitchen was big and well equipped (and well organized!). I appreciated the very long family dining table for our party of 10. The sunset views from this home are spectacular. My only wish for this property would be for the garage spaces to be wider. It was challenging to get our large family cars safely into the spaces. Be prepared to do a 3-point turn to get in and out. Overall this was a wonderful week at a spectacular home.

The couch was very stained and dirty. I am more comfortable with a leather couch when staying away from home. Home could use some updates.The pool was dirty when we arrived, it was supposed to be cleaned rMonday and Thursday....I had to call and they arrived on Wednesday.We had 3 cars and their is parking for 2. It was very difficult to find parking for our 3rd car.We did have a great time, and the house was nice enough. For the money I think I could have done better.

We stayed here with friends (kids and adults) over spring break. The property is beautiful - great sized rooms to fit multiple kids with large beds and a lot of storage space, great space for large group eating both outside and inside, and direct beach access. The location is also very close (walking distance) to good restaurants and coffee shops. The kids loved having the pool as well! Definitely would recommend as a great place for a large group or family!

We had a group of 10 family members, six adults and four children. The house was large and accommodated us all comfortably. It is right on the beach and has a nice size heated pool. We would happily stay here again.

Owner has beach umbrellas & a few beach chairs. Joanie at the agency was easy to work with. Would go again. Only downside is for older people- the spiral staircase is a workout!
