This house is just as lovely as it looks on the website. The Vanderbilt Lakes community has a really nice feel to it and this house has one of the best plots in the estate. The house is nicely decorated and everything is new and in good condition so you can settle in and feel really at home. The house is really quiet and is ideally placed for getting to all the best beaches in the area. I have rented many properties in the gulf coast of Florida and this one is definitely the best so far! I can guarantee if you are lucky enough to find a free week available for rental you will not be disappointed.

The house was Beautiful that we felt like we were at home. This is the first house that we really loved and we have been vacationing in Florida for 5 yrs. There was so much to do we found a really nice place called the Blue Martini they had great Martinis and good food and live entertainment. Katrin really takes cares of her house it was so clean and that is what made it feel like home. Thank you again Katrin for sharing your house with us. We will be back next year. Michelle &John

We have spent a week in the Vanderbuilt Lakes Villa. The bed rooms and the living room are very elegantly furbished, the kitchen is equipped with everything a family could potentially need, the bathroom is huge and has as a small wirl-pool, and the absolute highlight is surely the outdoor pool and it's nice view directly on one of the lakes. Imortant to mention is that everything is clean and well-kept (no dirt, no bugs, no mosquitos etc). Shortly after we had arrieved someone turned up to do a check in on to explain us what we needed to know about the house (this was helpful). The house and the entire location Vanderbuilt - Lakes is absolutely breathtaking, further the contact to the owners Katrin & Lothar was very friendly. All in all, highl recommendable. My husband and I spent almost two weeks in July in the Villa Vanderbilt. As we travel a lot - both privat and business, we definitively have a lot of comparisons. Villa Vanderbilt is an excellent combination of luxury, relaxation & nature. The location is perfect - directly at the nice Vanderbilt Lake, and only a few minutes by car away from spectecular beaches. The villa is very well equipped, the pool area offers a lot of space & the sunsets at the lake are gorgeous. The owners, as well as the housekeeping lady - Rosi - are very reliable, friendly & attentive people. We would highly recommend Villa Vanderbilt to everyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience & holiday in the sunshine state.

What a wonderfull house. Location is perfect, at the waterfront, pool in front of the bedroom and living. The terras at the pool. A real holiday! Also the house inside has everything you can think of. Nice furniture, beautyfull colors, clean, spacious. I really hope to visit Florida again and if i will, i will certainly book this house again. I can't say enough about this home. It's clean, it's got an awesome screened in pool in the backyard and is only 15 minutes from Naples. The kitchen appliances appeared to be new and upgraded, there is a high efficiency washer/dryer, the Flat Screen TV's were good quality, the lanai also has a gas grill and outdoor lounge as well as tables and chairs. Even the pots were high quality. I felt like I was home. It was the pefect place for us to go and have a relaxing vacation! I highly recommend this home for rental. This home is pet friendly. Although the owner is in Germany, a very nice accomodating manager handles the property locally. The pool is serviced, the lawn and garden is maintained. the house is kept clean, it's a nice quiet gated community. I hope to go back again! I received my security deposit back in a timely manner. The only thing I would add is a radio for the pool area. I had to use my laptop to listen to music while outside and wasn't prepared with speakers. Otherwise, my vacation here was a perfect 10!!
