Hands down, the best house we have stayed in during our 10 years of family vacations. The hosts were very kind and easy to get a hold of. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and had every item we could ever need. The location of the house was close to theme parks, and we were able to take a drive to Clearwater for a beach day. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and we would recommend this house to anyone!

Fabulous, fabulous property and hosts!Feels Like Funshine was a home run for us! The property was immaculately clean and perfect for our group of 11. The villa was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable week of vacation for our family. There is ample space to spread out, or gather together on the couches and enjoy time with family. The layout of the villa is perfect! All the appliances, thermostats, and home controls are super well labeled and organized. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. Communication with our hosts was detailed, timely and easy. We enjoyed the pool, flat top grill and outdoor space on the hot afternoons of our time there. Overall, the property and hosts exceeded our expectations. If we return to the area, we would absolutely stay here again without a doubt. Huge thanks to our hosts for allowing us to benefit from their beautiful space. Feels Like Funshine feels like home! God bless!

The host was very helpful with providing information about restaurants and grocery stores near by. The property was fully stocked. All you needed was to bring your food and clothes. The design chosen for the inside as well as furniture was well thought of. It was very nice stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced!From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It’s incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making it perfect for families or larger groups. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out, relax, and still come together comfortably. We loved the ample parking spaces as well as the washer and dryer!The amenities really made the stay special. The saltwater pool and hot tub were a highlight for us (especially being from the Northeast).. Perfect after long day out enjoying all the area offers. The game room and theater setup kept both kids and adults entertained (fun movie nights!), and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. You can tell a lot of care went into making this home feel comfortable and fun.The location is also ideal—close to everything (especially the parks), but still peaceful and relaxing when you come back for the evening.What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Steve & Sandy were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Everything was smooth and easy, which made the trip that much more enjoyable.We made so many great family memories here and would absolutely stay again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!

This was an extremely pleasant stay with some fantastic amenities and great communication from the hosts. Any problems we had were resolved quickly, the house was extraordinarily well stocked and labeled, the location was great, and overall it was a hassle free and enjoyable experience. Any issues we encountered (such as long lines at the automated gate at the entrance to the community) were outside of the hosts' control and therefore I won't hold anything like that against them.We were a small party of three and truthfully it was probably TOO much house for us, but it was hard to beat some of the fantastic amenities like the salt water pool/spa and the impressive theater room. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place to others and would seriously consider it again for the next trip we do in the area.

Let me start by saying we come to Championsgate every two years for a golf trip. We've stayed in a LOT of these homes. But this one was by FAR the best. Perfectly clean, everything worked, theater room was amazing and the hosts were incredible. Can't recommend this one highly enough. 10/10.

We rent a place every year for 10, now older, men to do a golf trip. This was great, exactly as advertised and more. Honestly everything was perfect. We really liked the hot tub and grill. TV's all worked and the theater room was perfect with 10 chairs. There is a golf course in the back yard, and many more in the area. One unique twist to this rental, they actually pick up trach from your fron door every day, 10 guys generate a lot of trach, this was really nice. Well done Steve and Sandy(hosts), you guys are on your game.

Great communication by the owners throughout the whole stay. This home was clean and well equipped for our large family. Everything was in good working order and we really enjoyed the pool, game room and media room. Our family had a blast here and we look forward to staying in this home again.

We made full use of every space: the pool and spa were warm and inviting, the theater room was cozy and relaxing, and the game room offered endless fun. Sandy and Steve were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The resort amenities were outstanding and simple to access, and we took advantage of everything available. The location was ideal, with everything we needed either nearby or a short drive away. Beautiful home in a great location. Extremely well equipped and furnished. Kitchen full stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Able to accommodate large groups and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Especially the awesome game room, Xbox and theater. I highly recommend !

Do not pass on this property for your family vacation! The host were very communicative and answered many questions for us. We planned a Disney vacation and decided to stay off property. This home served all of our needs, was close and accessible to all of the Disney locations and grocery stores. The house itself is VERY well stocked, cleaned, beds were very comfortable. I will be telling everyone I know about this property.

We arrived on 4/13 and we had a stone swimming in the pool watching movies and going shopping and of course eating together. It was a good time of family sharing and supporting each other. The home was just what we needed to accomplish these things.

The neighborhood was quiet, we used the water parks included and walked to the park. The pool and hot tub were used all week!!!! My family and I enjoyed our stay with our dog thoroughly. The hosts Sandy & Steve were very attentive with responding to our inquiries. I would like comment that the tub in the primary room on the first floor does not produce hot water enough to have a bath. Otherwise, the house is perfect for a family of 10 and there is so much to do with in the house and in the surrounding area to have fun and make memories. Thank you

This was a beautiful place. Every thing was exactly like the pictures. My family really enjoyed the theater, game room, pool, and spa.

We had 8 guys on a golf trip. Had a fantastic time. House accommodations worked great as there were enough bedrooms for everyone, game room was fun, location was easy/close to golf courses. House was very clean, and well maintained. Owners were super helpful and responsive when we had questions. We will be rebooking in spring.
