Exceptional! Remodeled 3Bd / 2Ba with GIANT Private Pool and Covered Patio

Pool setting and patio is amazing, house and kitchen appropriately stocked. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again!

Such a great spot! The house is well stocked making meals at home so easy. Just walk in with your stuff and groceries and they have everything else. House was clean, pool was great and huge. The house was great for me and my family. We loved having the pool, especially with the 100 degree days. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and there were lots of good places to eat nearby. We had a really enjoyable stay.

The house was great very homey and the pool was an added treat. We loved the location close to freeway, stores. My family loved it and we would definitely rent again. The ac only worked on one side of the house but they sent ac people to look at it. The living room furniture needs to be replaced but other than that everything else was great. Definitely worth the price.

Check in was easy, we just showed up to the property and were able to get in. I know Phoenix very well and loved the location as it was close to relatives/friends and pretty much anything you want to eat. The pool was wonderful, I am handicapped and there was no railing so I wasnt able to swim, thats the only downside.

This is my second stay here. Check in was super easy. The house was super clean and has everything you could need, fully stocked kitchen, huge pool, great safe neighborhood. The host is great, helpful with local info and super responsive to questions. I can't say enough good things about this VRBO! Will absolutely stay here again!

While this home is right off of a busy road, once you get into the home, it felt like we were in our own little oasis. Were able to sit out on patio by the pool and the kitchen and living room area were updated and nice with plenty of room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed everything.

Had a great time with friends at your home. Great enjoying your back yard. Too bad the oil was too cool to get in. To be expected this time of year.

This is a beautiful house that is very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, comfortable bed, butter soft sheets, soft fluffy towels, plenty of outdoor seating areas and close to neighborhood amenities. I especially loved the fresh squeezed orange juice with oranges picked from the trees in the back yard. Jake is a excellent host. I highly recommend this house.

It was a good stay the neighbor was very loud with his music. Wish the pool was heated would have used it alot more.

We had a peaceful relaxing visit. The house was great, the pool was huge. The neighborhood quiet. Jake was a great communicator, I really appreciated that. The sun was out, the days were warm! We went sight seeing

First off Jake was very attentive and wonderful host. We had small issue with the keyless lock not working one evening but Jake handled it and I went out and bought new one to replace it as soon as he found out. The house was beautiful, spotless, very spacious and the backyard & pool was incredible as we relaxed and took in the peaceful tranquility. We will definitely stay again Jake made our stay perfect getaway while feeling like we were home. Neighborhood was very quiet we slept with patio doors open to enjoy the breeze and we slept all night without any noise disturbance. Hope the house is available next year when we plan our vacation 😃 peaceful setting. We didn't wan

House was clean and as advertised. Owners were responsive and our family had all we needed. Pool was refreshing in AZ heat, and the house was comfortable and in a good location. Well be heading back again.
