⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Ocean Oriented Home!

Host did not respond to inquiries. The house was not clean. Floor had sand all over them. And the bathrooms were not clean to the standard of the house. The house it self was very nice. Loved the open main floor. Had plenty of room. Love all bedrooms had their own bath. Would stay again only if the house was cleaned as you would expect.

Great location with easy walk to beach if not taking the golf cart shuttle. My only complaint would be that in a house this size for the price, more dish towels or garbage bags would have been provided.

Pros...House was very nice, modern and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. It was great having a bathroom in every bedroom. Nice washer and dryer. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook with. Cons...- Steps leading to the house and the front porch needed sweeping. Very dirty and full of leaves was the first impression. - The floors were so dirty you could not walk barefoot or in socks without them getting filthy.- The air conditioner stopped working two separate days. Tony did bring us fans which was nice but still hot. Then it happened again a couple of days later.- If you are planning to stay more then a few days you need to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap and beach towels.- The kitchen only had two kitchen towels...not enough. I went out and bought more and left them there. Hopefully, they will be there for the next people.- The ad says the pool is heated but it was not. It also needed to be cleaned of leaves on the bottom.- There is zero condiments in the house not even salt and pepper. You must bring everything. This would have been fine if we had known ahead of time.

Here for family vacation - house is as pictured - downstairs is really great for hanging out. Plenty of beds & bathrooms! Lots of plates, cups & cooking utensils but had to buy dishwasher pods and garbage bags and floors were very dirty. Had issue with pool and never got the heat turned on. Also internet issue that the property manager helped us navigate quickly. Close to beach, park/playground & bike paths!

Great home.

The home is in a great location, very close to the beach, and the property itself is beautiful with a nice layout and plenty of natural light. Its overall appeal was diminished by cleanliness and maintenance issues. The floors were not cleaned thoroughly, several areas would benefit from repainting, and there were slow drains along with a few minor repairs that needed attention. With improved cleaning and some basic upkeep, this will be a more enjoyable place to stay.The host was accommodating and easy to contact… definitely a plus.

The house was beautiful and accommodated our extended family gathering really well. We had a mix of young adults and toddlers and babies and the layout of the house ensured that the upper level was quiet so the gatherings in the evening did not wake the children. Beds were comfortable and we had the pool heated and it was the perfect size. The neighborhood was quiet despite it being busy during the Thanksgiving week. Proximity to the beach provided a nice walk to and from. Lots of walking paths nearby - only regret was that we did not have more time. Also the balconies are all locked off - just an fyi on the chance you have visions of sitting out on them to read a good book.

Great stay!!! Our Group was very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and we played a lot of golf so the location was great!Would not hesitate to stay again!

We stayed at Ron’s place for a family wedding and it was perfect! The elevator really helped with family members who had mobility issues. We loved using the pool and all the beds were very comfortable. Location was good as we walked to Burke’s Beach several times.

Our stay was perfect. So much room for everyone. The open space to eat and play games. Walk to the beach was about a mile but also parking by the beach. The pool was warm, we had them heat it. Property mgr lives close. Plenty of towels for everyone. Walk in showers. Decorated nicely. Plenty of kitchen ware. Close to golf coarse, shopping, and restaurants. Neighborhood is safe to walk your dog. Garage was nice to store our golf bags. Lots of beach equipment. This property is everything they advertised. So happy with our choice.

Beautiful house, great location. Plenty of towels and fully furnished large kitchen, worked perfect for our large group. Pool was very clean even had pool floats on-site. My only complaint would be the garage door code did not work, so we could not access the garage from the outside. Also, the LVP floors were very dirty so we were not able to go barefoot inside the house. Otherwise, great house!!

Great stay. Amazing location. I think there’s home improvements (minor) things that could be made to improve the experience but overall a great, comfortable and safe space for your family

Nice house. Large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Shuttle golf cart to the beach was good, but the nature of the service was unclear in the listing. (It is free but you should tip- which is fine but I would have liked to know upfront). The shuttle was basically available from 8-5. The cart driver was friendly and quite responsive. A few questions I had for the owner went unanswered in the app. The pool was small and was tucked under the house. The house in general seemed quite new and well maintained. The house is very well designed for family vacations. The bedrooms had a lot of room. We had six adults, two teens, and a small child in our party and it felt like we could have had many more and be fine. It is a 20 min walk to the beach. Beach access is via a road through a beachfront neighborhood. Access via the boardwalk was not convenient and I doubt you would use it. I found the neighborhood for the rental to be quite pleasant and well maintained. If you are big pool people (especially for small kids) this might not be the house for you, but otherwise it is a good rental for the money. The beach at the access point was quite nice and was not crowded.

Check in was smooth, had some issues with bathroom doors not locking, propane tank was empty for the grill. Didn’t see anything on the property regarding the quiet time which is from 10 pm to 8 am

We had a great week with our entire family. I highly recommend the golf cart usage. It was very helpful and a definite plus. The property was as described and met all of our needs for 8 adults & 4 kids 4 yrs old and under. the pool was a great way to end a day and relax. We only encountered one problem the microwave wasn't working and the management company brought over a replacement within an hour. Very responsive. We would definitly stay here again.

Excellent property and location. We had a couple minor issues and the proper manager took care of them quickly. We would stay again!

Huge house with plenty of beds! My family of 6 and best friend and kids all loved it. The pool was perfect when the rain would come in or after a long day at the beach. Lots of games/puzzles. The golf cart that takes you to and from the beach was worth it all! Wish there was a binder with info/rules but the stay was great and check-in and out was a breeze.

Beautiful area! The check in process was very easy. It was nice having a garage to park in, bathrooms in all the bedrooms including down by the pool. The open concept of the home made it great for hanging out.

The house was beautiful. Code would not open door from the stairs. Bushes need to be trimmed by garage, put several scratches on vehicles coming in and out.

Pictures are accurate - a little off the beat n path - the house is large and specious- communicating was easy , was some minor issues - multiple exterior doors are warped and its a next to impossible to close them -also pool heater did not work 1st 3 days there but did get fixed - overall house was okay

Wonderful house, great location! Very clean ! Great bedding and towels. I do wish I knew I had to ask them to heat the pool in the winter. I just kept seeing in the description “heated pool”. I assumed that meant we could turn it on once there. Better communication on this for future renters. Overall, this was a spacious, wonderful experience!!!

Our experience at this house was excellent. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the spaces were perfectly equipped, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The location was ideal, and communication with the hosts was quick and clear. We enjoyed our stay. Location just about 1 mile to beach. Plenty of room in house for all to spread out watch TV, cook, play games, put together puzzles. Close to beautiful golf courses. We cooked and ate in house, kitchen was well stocked with all of our needs. Beautiful house, pool was nice it wasn’t swimming weather but great area.

First time on Hilton Head! What a beautiful house! We had a 75th Birthday weekend with family from NC, SC, GA and FL and everyone had a great time! Plenty of room, plenty of amenities and great communication with the owner! We found some great restaurants and things to do in the area. Highly recommend The Old Oyster Factory!! The walk to the beach was a little more than expected but it was fine! The kids loved the pool! TV’s everywhere but we didn’t have a Roku account so we no football games, but we Survived! Thanks so much for letting us stay and enjoy your home!

This home is very nice and spacious. I wish we would have known about the elevator not being available, that should be advertised in the link. Im grateful for the bedroom on the first floor, my 76 year old mother would have never made it. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Overall the house is very lovely and the community is very quiet.

Everything was great. Place was very clean and matched the pictures. Gated community perfectly located on the island.

We had a wonderful time at this big Blue House! All of the rooms and amenities were perfect for our needs. The property even exceeded our expectations from the photos and we will try to stay there again when we return to Hilton Head!
