    I must start out by saying thank you for allowing us to bring along our family pet ( Pomeranian dog) I was very unhappy with a couple things about this property . This was by far the most unwelcoming property I have rented in the last 5 years. I had read a review that the unit was “dated “ which I can only imagine a nice way of saying neglected . As a family going to a resort area for a holiday we were looking forward to spending quality time at the townhouse apres skiing . This unit is as bare bones as it gets . No board games , no playing cards or even books left behind to read . The kitchen amenities are basic . And by that I mean the large frying pan had multiple dents in the bottom and completely scratched up . The utensils had been used to what I could only imagine was adjust bindings on skis . Not sure how to bend the tips of butter knifes like that . The shower heads in the bathrooms were in dire need of replacing . I was able to “turn “ them to adjust the flow , but with 15 years of rust/scale build up they actually don’t flow properly. To have the opportunity to take a holiday During this extremely slow time ( due to Covid-19) in Sun peaks I was just hoping to get a cleaner , more looked after unit . The cost of unit didn’t compare at all !! We will be staying somewhere else in February.

    Good space, good location. Like other reviewers said some furniture and walls are a bit dated and in need of some maintenance but we enjoyed our overall stay. Property managers helped us with some broken blinds after a couple days. Decent value for money

    We were a family of four with our dog travelling for some biking fun. The location to the village is a very quick ride or walk. The views of Mt Morissey from the unit were great and the use of the garage for bike storage were all positives. Unfortunately, the unit has clearly been rented out often as the carpets are stained and the walls very dinged. The blinds in the master bedroom were jammed and a piece was lying on the bed on our arrival. If you are a morning person then this won’t be a problem as the sun is shining in at 5. The bathrooms were clean however the unit was dusty and seemed in need of a good clean. The kitchen is very Basically stocked and could definitely use a few more basic items like a bread knife, large bowl for mixing or salads. I feel like we definitely over paid for this unit in comparison to other units at the hill.
