There is a beautifully furnished and appointed King bedroom on the main floor level. All new furniture, comfort beds and linens!
A bathroom with double sinks, tub/shower combo and separate toilet room is steps down the hallway. Whole house water filtration and purifier.

* Separate laundry area is fully stocked with detergent, cleaning products, and first aid items.
A spacious well stocked kitchen with black granite counter tops and all stainless appliances is perfect for cooking family meals for staying in.
* Large separate pantry. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new fridge. Great place to prepare a meal as the kitchen opens to the great room with gas log fireplace where the family will be gathered.
A 65 inch smart TV hung over the fireplace in the great room will be awesome for football watching or family movies. Gather around a large custom built walnut dining table with family and friends for meals and game playing. This gorgeous hardwood table seats 8-10.
Climb the natural hand crafted staircase with rustic wood railing to an additional King Master Suite. This upper level bedroom features all brand new furnishings, beds, and luxury linens.
A writing desk is available in this room if you need to get some work done while on your getaway.

Master bath features a heated floor, double sinks, separate toilet room and a spacious tiled shower with rain shower and hand held shower heads.
A large screened in porch off the upper master with zero gravity chairs and mountain views is just out the glass door of the bedroom. This is a wonderfully private place for that first cup of coffee or winding down at the end of the day.
The carpeted basement/game room features shuffleboard, an Italian foosball Table, and an additional game table. Game room cabinet is filled with favorite family games and books for kids-adults.
A 55 inch smart TV hangs above the gas log stone fireplace.
Two leather reclining chairs and a sleeper sofa offer comfortable seating.
The custom wood topped bar area includes a sink and drink refrigerator to store your beverages!
An additional lower level bedroom with 4 bunks and a trundle will sleep an additional 5.
Large deck surrounds the basement area with views of the beautiful mountains! French doors open to the deck featuring additional seating, a polywood swing, and a fabulous hot tub area for star gazing!
Steps from the lower deck lead to a small outdoor fire pit for roasting s’mores with the kids!
There is a large gravel area for parking multiple vehicles. Covered parking for one vehicle.

For your information the kitchen includes a 12 cup coffee pot, coffee grinder, keurig, skillet, crock pot, panini maker, full set of stainless pots and pans, 2 ceramic skillets, extensive utensils, garlic press, dishware for 12, kid’s dishes, cups, and silverware, complete glassware set, stemmed and stemless white and red wine glasses, acrylic and plastic cups, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer with filter and ice maker, serving bowls, trays, and pitchers, multiple cutting boards, sharp knives and steak knives.... anything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal at home!
