Welcome to Sandy Seaclusion! Located in the quiet south end neighborhood of Toluca Landing and minutes to the beaches, shopping and restaurants on St. Simons Island, Sandy Seaclusion has it all! This dog friendly seaside escape offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private fenced in backyard, an outdoor shower and a private pool which can be heated during the cooler months upon request (additional fee of $45 / night)!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited tothe number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $150 per dog (2 dog limit)
Pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $45 / night.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

The spacious open concept floor plan will immediately allow guests to feel like you have just entered your own beach home away from home. Newly furnished and updated in many areas and boasting newly installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout the cottage, this is a fantastic family getaway!

The large living area features a 65 HD Smart TV with plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa. Guests can spend time watching the game or a movie. The game table is a great place to gather as well! The dining area has plenty of room for guests to enjoy meals around the dining table that has seating for 8 guests. The kitchen space has been remodeled with new countertops, sink and a new kitchen faucet.

Guests will be able to enjoy a primary bedroom suite with a king bed, an HD Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub / shower. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds, HD TV's and large walk-in closets. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub / shower. All three bedrooms have newly installed luxury vinyl flooring.

The large private and fenced in backyard area features a beautiful 16'x32' pool (pool heating available for an additional fee of $45 / night) and the new brick paver patio space is a great space to enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy grilling your catch of the day on the Weber gas grill around friends and family that can relax on the comfortable outdoor seating and dining areas. Located 100' from the front door is direct access to one of St. Simons Island's public park and ballfields, perfect for guests to enjoy throwing the ball or walking your dog.

    Our stay at Sandy Seaclusion was absolutely amazing, feeling like home from the moment we arrived thanks to its clean, comfy, and well-equipped setup. The prime location, allowing easy access to the beach and local spots, along with the fantastic pool, made it a truly perfect and refreshing getaway.     The house had all my wife and I needed. The location was great. Pool was very nice. Neighborhood was quiet. The park across the street made it very easy to walk the dog. Easy parking. House was spotless. Hope to book again next time we are at St Simons.

    Absolutely lovely property! We had a couple of very small issues the first night and they were addressed the following day right away. The property management was very responsive and polite. We especially loved that our furry baby was allowed to join us in the house. We would book this house again in a heartbeat! The island was absolutely wonderful, didn't feel like a tourist destination at all, everyone was so polite and nice. Very well stocked house and perfect size for a family of 4. he is bald
