Excellent location right across the street from the Expo Center! – Sleeps 8

Exactly as needed, We are so happy with staying here each time we are in Tulsa! Everything is always perfect!

Always an amazing stay.

This is probably my favorite property to stay at. The location can’t be beat for our horse show across the street at the Expo. The house is comfortable and clean with pretty much everything you could need. And Terry Don is extremely easy to work with always responding quickly and taking great care of us!!

This would be our fourth or fifth year staying at this house. As always it is very well kept beautiful little property great parking for us. Comfortable beds very very clean house. And in a safe neighborhood. Will definitely be back thank you!

This property is in a perfect location for any event being held at the Tulsa Expo Center. It’s a ten minute walk from house to Center. The property itself is perfect! Newly remodeled, has everything needed, very comfortable leather couches and beds. Beautiful western decor. Very spacious. There’s four bedrooms. There is no kitchen table if wanting to have a sit down family style dining with family and or guests. It has an eat at bar and a high top barrel table. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood. Has a big driveway where at last four vehicles can park.

This house location and cleanliness were top notch. The host was very attentive. We are definitely staying here again!

We were in Tulsa for an event at the expo center. TerryDon and John's home was perfection. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, room to be together with friends or to have your own space in the fantastic bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this place.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It has everything you need, comfortable beds and fantastic hosts. We are already booked for a 5th year. I highly recommend any property these two have!!

We’ve stayed here for several years while we work at the Tulsa State Fair. Every year it feels like coming home. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, plenty of parking for our trucks. No issues and the property manager is easy to get ahold of.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for over a week and felt like we were at home! We cooked and everything work amazing! Terry Don was always available for communication and couldn’t have asked for a better location to the Expo! We would definitely stay here again!!

My title says it all. We attended a National Cattle Show at the Expo Center. The location could not have been better. If it had not been 100+, it was within walking distance. The house provided everything you need. We all played shuffleboard and other games provided. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. If we ever find ourselves at an event at the Expo Center, I will stay here.

This is perfect for anyone going to the Tulsa Expo. Super cute decor and Property Manager is very responsive to any questions or issues. Would definitely recommend.
