Excellent location, Private Outdoor Hot Tub, Downtown Burlington home

Tricia and her husband were very nice. We had gone up to bike the island line trail. We actually didn't do it until the day we left as it was warmer, and we were headed to Stowe next. Tricia gave us a good tip to start up in Colchester as the wind on the trail was a lot and if we started there we would be sure to enjoy the causeway which we did. The house was nice, had everything we needed. She gave us garage space to keep our bikes safe. Close to Charles St. market place so we could walk there as Burlington was busier than we expected. Good eats and shops plus walking on the waterfront. The only negative was that being close to everything it was occasionally noisy up until 11 but quiet after that. Those are the tradeoffs with being walking distance to downtown and UVM. Overall great if you like walking, eating out and relaxing.

The house is a charming house. It is close to everything. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful house full of amenities! Very walkable to downtown Burlington and church street. Host was wonderful, very responsive, and provides several resources to help enjoy your stay. Definitely recommend!!

We had all we needed at this home for a delightful stay in Burlington!

Property was ideal, close to downtown and university campus, clean, 2 big bedrooms and smaller room with 2 single beds, had laundry and secure parking

This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. The house was well equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located. We have two rambunctious kids and we enjoyed having the back yard. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely weekend, celebrating our son who was graduating college. The house was so comfortable and we felt right at home. We have family in the area and we were able to have them over to celebrate with us. The weather was cold and rainy but the house was nice and cozy! Also, the house is pretty close to the school, so we were able to walk to the festivities. It was also very helpful to have parking on the property for 2 cars! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Nice house in a great location if you are visiting Champlain College or UVT. We loved our stay!

We traveled to Burlington to spend thanksgiving with family. This house was perfect. The house has comfortable furniture, amazing beds, and a kitchen that was well stocked with what we needed to prepare thanksgiving dinner. I have stayed in many vacation rental properties in many cities and I can comfortably say this was one of the best. You won’t regret renting this gem.

We loved our stay at Tricia's House! Her house was very comfortable, well-stocked, and perfectly located. It was within walking distance to Church Street, the waterfront, UVM campus, the farmer's market, and more. A highlight was the comfy front porch where we would spend early evenings relaxing with a glass of wine. Tricia was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
