Evergreen Retreat- A walk to Snow Summit W/Spa!

We recently stayed at Evergreen and thought it was excellent, especially for larger families . The management company was quick to answer any questions and kind . The home is dated , but amenities are good and the home is clean. I would stay here again if traveling with a large group . The only thing I do believe there should have been a few more towels left out and some more toilet paper rolls . Overall a fantastic experience.

Beautiful house that had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. There were no trash bags, which was likely just a mistake, but they were quick to respond and drop some off. The a/c never turned on but it only felt warm during the night and the fans they provided sufficed to cool us down. The only real issue we had was that the shower in the master bedroom drained VERY slowly. Other than that, it’s a great house near the town and surrounding activities.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shag carpet was gross to walk on without socks. Back room was huge, but queen size bed was tough to sleep in. Should be king, with soft pillows. Wished I would have brought my own. Heater thermostat was off. If you put heat above 58 you burn up. Don't know what that issue was about. Walking distance to Summit is always a good thing. House has great potential.

It had all the amenities although we couldn’t find a broom where the supplies were located. It was a short walk about 10 minutes to Snow Summit where we did some tubing and had a bite/drinks. Recommend taking extra trash bags, paper towels and napkins. Plenty of plates, utensils, drink/cookware. The home itself is spacious.

The living room has a lot of space and the game room in the garage allowed our group to spread out. Bring your own laundry and dish washing detergent and bring extra towels. The hot tub is easily accessible from the home and has some lounge seats. Snow Summit is an easy walk!

A perfect location and house size! There was little things like I wished management would've made sure all the lightbulbs were new/worked since the house is on the older side but overall the house was clean and cozy!

Nice confortable cabin for us. Just 10 minute walk to Snow Summit. Management company was responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 2 families of 4 staying in this house for 4 days over NYE and it was wonderful! The house is large and spacious with everything you will need for a great vacation. The bedrooms are all very large, as is the couch (very important for a ski vacation) and the living spaces. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely dated, but everything works. There is a jacuzzi in the back, but we were unable to use the jets because it short circuited the electricity box. Finally, even our 7 yr old skier was able to walk from the house directly to the base of the mountain in his boots. The location is really perfect. We would love to stay here again.

To start, the management company did a great job with communication, the property was clean, and very well set up to entertain our our group (3 adults, 2x 15 years old, 3x 13 years old, 2x 10 years old). The house is spacious and ideally located for heading to Summit. The house was cleaned very well and highly functional for a large group. The lows/negatives; it has more carpet then I’d like in a rental and could use some renovations. They’d probably fetch a higher rental price if renovated so not sure If I really want those done or not. We’ll be renting this place again hopefully.

We stayed here for a weekend retreat. It was a very nice, spacious cabin! Great location, big bedrooms, lots of beds, furniture in good condition. Everything was great!
