Ever been to the world's greatest beach

The place was really good. There were tons of provided amenities - my kids lived the ping pong table and darts. My oldest's allergies ramped up when he was in the basement bedroom, so we brought those mattresses upstairs for the kids. There was a continuous dehumidifier running, so the owners are doing their best, it just must have been a damp week. Even still Id recommend the place. It's very clear these guys are trying to provide not just a rental, but an actual vacation. There were tons of bikes to choose from, kayaks, a canoe, a propane grill - and we enjoyed it all. And the beach was great. We didn't have any luck fishing, but the kids definitely enjoyed the water!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Granite Point, primarily because of its close proximity to Goose Rocks Beach. We were grateful for the bikes provided, which made it easy to go back and forth to the beach, general store, again to the beach to watch the sunset... The view from the house was lovely, and the house itself was very comfortable and provided everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our evenings together as a family.

Granite Point was a great place to rent. Modern kitchen, great yard, all the toys you could ever need! Easy bike to the beach - if you are planning to go farther afield (Cape Porpoise/Kennebunkport/Biddeford Pool), recommend bringing your own bikes though. We really appreciated that the kayaks and bikes and paddle board were available for our use while we were there. The large yard with firepit made for some fun evenings.

It was such great experience to spend a weekend in ME. The house offers so much. Whether you are an outdooor adventurer or weather keeps you inside, you will not be bored as Dennis offers access to bikes, water equipment, beach gear and toys...so much to do. And be sure to follow Dennis' recommendations where to go, what/where to eat. Awesome times!!!

The house had plenty of space and it was clean, neat, and tidy when we arrived. The owner communicated everything we needed to know and was very responsive and helpful with a special request. We appreciated that the house was fully stocked with everything we could need, including gear for beachgoing, bike riding, children's entertainment, and grilling. We had a lovely time and would consider this house again. Thank you Dennis!

We came for a birthday celebration and a chance to relax in these strange times. This house is wonderful. It is extremely well equipped, has everything you need for the beach and more. You can't ask for a more perfect location. Goose Rocks Beach is a lovely area and the beach was almost deserted since this was after Labor Day making it incredibly easy to socially distance. We are hoping to come back.

This home had everything and more than expected. The house was very clean, organized and comfortable. We rode bikes to the beach everyday. My husband and son enjoyed the kayaks. My grandchildren loved the boogie boards. Dennis was great to rent from and we hope to be back next summer for our family vacation at Goose Rocks Beach.
