The house is very comfortable for large families, we loved the many bathrooms it has and the kitchen is fully stoked. It was a great experience and Jenny was very kind and attentive. We would stay here again without a blink.

We had an attentive host who was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The home was clean and nice and slept all 26 of us. It was nice to have so many private bathrooms connected to bedrooms.

Excellent host with great communication. The house is located in a very nice area. A lot of the furnishings are a bit rough and need replaced, but the house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

This property was more worn down than it appeared in the pictures. When we first arrived, we even double-checked the address because it didn’t quite match what we expected. The front steps are steep and slanted, which made it challenging for my dad to navigate.Inside, the house was fairly clean, though the beds were lumpy, making it hard to tell if the sheets were fresh. The basement stayed quite hot, but the provided fans helped. One of the basement showers has the shower head facing directly outward, which makes it tricky to turn on without spraying water into the bathroom.The house is very minimally stocked, so plan to bring most of what you’ll need.Overall, the condition and cleanliness were below average, but the location was great and it comfortably fit a large group.

This property is great. There are some minor fixes that would make it fantastic. We found broken door handles and a nail sticking out of the threshold in the basement. The upstairs ironing board is broken and needs to be replaced and a knob on the stove needs to be replaced.

Needs alittle work. The couch in the living room was uncomfortable. It was hard to explain why we couldn't use the park, to young kids, need a fence. But the company made it a great time!

The first impression was pulling into the driveway and the trash was full. I had difficulty with the VRBO app so it took awhile to go in to get the check in code. I read the rules and saw we needed to take out our trash but other people before us must of had a party with the amount of trash. The house wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. It looked like a house that needed TLC. The issue with the backyard grass half dead and then there isn’t a backyard fence to separate the nice neighbors “ park”that you can look but not touch rules. I left messages about the trash and after we left I realized I left my pillows but no response at all. I waited to leave a review based on the owner getting back to me but it’s been two weeks with no response. I chose this place due to its location and how many people could stay. I didn’t like that if I bed was even touched that you would be charged 15.00 per bed. I remember reading that somewhere. In the end, I will not be staying here again and did not like how there was no communication back.

Had so much fun staying here with our family and friends for our wedding weekend. Super spacious and accommodating. Loved it. Best weekend ever.

The house was huge and had everything we needed!

Home was functional for large group but outdated. Some rooms were excessively hot and others too cold. Furnace/plumbing was somewhat noisy, depending where guests slept

We had such a great stay. The property was clean, spacious. Communication was easy, friendly and helpful. We would for sure stay at this property again .

Easy access to the freeway. Very accommodating for large party. Minor updating needed. Clean linens.
