Evelyn's is a directly oceanfront, free standing, 6 bedroom, 5 bath home that has everything!

The hot tub was the best, esp after cold NY's plunges in the ocean. Also, sunrises and sunsets.

The home was a dream. So beautiful, So much room. The views were spectacular. The pool was warm. The spa worked perfectly and fit everyone. Food was only a mile away. The staff was easily reached. We will definitely be going back! Thank you!!

This property was a beautiful place in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood for relaxing and close enough to Savannah to get a little toyed. Having 12 girls can seem stressful but the house was so big we didn’t feel crammed at all.

The house was ideal for 5 adult couples. We enjoyed our stay.

Needs a lot of TLC and repairs but is pet friendly.

Great house for a large group ... we had nine adults and two kids, plenty of room. Two kitchens, two washer/dryer on two levels ... allows everyone to have space while still bonding as a group. Pool is wonderful. Path/walk to the beach is not ideal but definitely manageable. Very close to restaurants, groceries, liquor/beer store. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Evelyn’s! The beach access, beautiful pool and location were awesome! The house has everything that you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay! It was perfect for our girls trip!

Rental property staff and maintenance staff very accommodating.

The property was definitely large enough for our group! Being right up on the beach was awesome. It would have been great if the pool were heated, but the kids didn't mind since they had the hot tub to use. So far our favorite place to stay of all the rentals we've had in Tybee. Would definitely recommend if you have a large party and don't want to feel crowded in a charming home away from home!

Perfect place to access beach, Savannah, or just chill at the pool. Lots of places for people to sleep.

Had a great time visiting with family and seeing the sites. Great restaurants and not a long drive to Savannah. Captain Derek’s fishing charter was awesome.

This July myself and four friends had a six day vacation at Evelyn's Oasis. The positives about this house are: It is a large home suitable for a large group. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with their own bathroom. However, one of the bathrooms is very small. There is a third hallway bathroom available for the third bedroom upstairs. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a built in sofa with a trundle bed. One downstairs bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a full bathroom available for the other two bedrooms and the sofa/trundle. There is also a small kitchen downstairs. The house was was very clean. The pool area is nice, it is on the street side of the house. There is very little traffic as this street runs parallel with the beach and doesn't have public beach access. The negative aspects include: There are numerous steps in the house. I'm gussing the house was built in the contempory house era when a sunken living room was popular. There are 3-4 steps leading up to the primary suite and kitchen, and 3 steps leading up to the other two bedrooms. There isn't a deck on the beach side of the house. There is an area with 2 outdoor tables and chairs on top of a bunker that was used in war times. It has 6-8 steps leading up to it. This area could be a lot nicer with a little bit of outdoor decorating. Overall the accommodations were very good. However, be aware that there are steps involved in getting from Point A to Point B in Evelyn's Oasis.
