Eureka Springs Vacation Rental < Half-Mi to Dtwn!

This house is exactly as described. The living room and dining room with a large table was perfect for our family gatherings. Plenty of parking on the premises. Although we have been to Eureka Springs many times since our family lives there, Ruth and Dave are perfect hosts and can point you in the right direction for any kind of happenings in Eureka Springs…….rain or shine!Make sure you visit Sparky’s for a great lunch (I recommend the brat with sauerkraut) or a fabulous dinner!

We had a really good weekend at this house. One of our favorite things to do is hang out in the great outdoors, and this house has plenty of outdoor spaces. We people-watched from the roomy front porch and second-floor balcony. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck. And in the back yard, there's a fireplace with chairs around it. We also appreciated the generous amount of parking at the back of the house. The beds were comfortable, and we loved having 5 bedrooms! The living room was large with very comfy furniture. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Second time to stay at this house and enjoyed it both times. Love this vintage home. Very clean and well maintained. Has excellent parking area in the back. Very comfortable for large groups. Especially enjoyed the large front porch. Only issue was a bathroom door and a bedroom door were sticking and couldn't be closed all the way but other than that everything was in great shape. Will stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. The property was as described and in a really nice and quiet spot. We really enjoyed the porch setting. The house was clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

We came to Eureka Springs for our friends 30th birthday party to spend time together and ride side by sides at a nearby park. The large parking lot allowed us to fit three trucks w/ trailers, as well as two additional vehicles. Our hosts were amazing, responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend. The house was built in the very early 1900's so it's very unique.

The house and property were absolutely beautiful. The owners are right next door if you need anything at all! Very comfortable and parking was amazing. Would stay here again for sure!

Five ladies, all over 60, celebrating a birthday. This house is close to two excellent restaurants (walking distance); Harold’s and Emilio’s. Front porch is awesome! A short walk to downtown but know the way back is uphill! Lots of amenities, which we appreciated. Thank you!!

We had a group of 10 ladies and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone and a great front porch! We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time with family

Perfect place for our big family. Plenty of space to park our vehicles and walk downtown. Or hop on the trolley from the stop right around the corner.

Great place to stay with several other couples. House is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to several local restaurants. Hilly walk to downtown Eureka Springs, but a very easy walk to the Crescent Hotel which is great if you're attending a wedding there. Owners live next door and were very friendly and accommodating. Would certainly stay here again!

Concert and shopping. Had a great time. House is vintage comfortable has everything you need. Location is amazing.
