Lived the area and all the house had. Loved how my family had their own room. Clean and well taken care of. Close to U of O which is what we wanted. I guess Wednesday was trash day. We arrived on Wednesday around 4 and there were 2 trash cans over flowing and 6 bags of trash. We had to dispose of our trash another way. Would have lied the trash. And available. We left early on the next Wednesday and made sure the cans were by the road. All in all the trash situation was the only negative but we made do. Thank you for that opportunity to stay at this location.

Great place away from campus

Fortunately we had great accommodations since it rained heavily. Very comfortable, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Great communications before and during.

My sisters and I had a great time! The house was perfect for our needs, well equipped and very clean. My one year old grandson came to visit so the backyard with the shaded patio was perfect. I do have a couple comments, when I go on vacation and pay for the cleaning service I don't think we should be expected to strip all the beds. Also, I understand bringing out the garbage, especially if it is garbage pick up day, however if you want us to sort the recyclables it would be easier if there was a recycle bin in the house. (Maybe in the laundry room)

This property fit our needs perfectly. We are 4 adult siblings in town to visit our parents. So much better than having to get hotel rooms! The house was exactly as depicted on the website, clean, comfortable, plenty of parking.

We loved spending 5 nights in this great beautiful VRBORooms were great, very comfortable, clean and relaxing. With wonderful space for our group of 4 couples to eat inside or outside at the great table with a propane fire in the center.Or socialize on the comfortable outside lounge furniture or in the spacious living room with leather recliners.The only thing that was not quite perfect was the quality / functionality of the coffee makers

Spacious, clean, and comfortable home in nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family of five with a good room layout. One of our favorite VRBO rentals to date.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Beginning with the communication with the host and the amazing house, the trip could not have been more satisfying. We enjoyed the large living area, comfortable beds and master bath. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Eugene!

What a wonderful vacation home! We had so much planned, we didn't even get to enjoy it as much as we would've liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace due to the weather, we noticed, but didn't get to use the patio and BBQ, maybe a summer visit will be required!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Eugene for parent’s weekend. Everything was very clean and organized. We had 2 families and there was plenty of room for all of us. Neighborhood was cute and quiet, about 15 minutes from UO but not a bad drive at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Super clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Hosts went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great house, had everything we needed. We stayed there while competing in an event at the Oregon Horse Center. Property was an easy drive to and from the event center.

We were in Eugene this summer for the track and field Olympic Trials at Heyward Field. This was a perfect house for my family (2 teenage sons). It is located in a nice neighborhood just a short drive to campus. House was clean with large bedrooms and a great living area. We loved Eugene and would like to visit again. We'd definitely book this house again.

This was a spacious home. The amenities and neighborhood were great. Everything in the house worked well. Our family enjoyed the stay.
