Stayed Jul 12, 2025Large home, steps to the water were convenient. Yard needed mowing, back storm door was not attached appropriately and the back door knob was very hard to open the door. The home could have been cleaner as it seems the cleaning crew doesn’t pay attention to areas like under the

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We had a wonderful stay. The house had plenty of space for our extended family and had everything we needed. It is situated at a perfect location on Smith Lake. The bedrooms and living areas were super comfortable. We loved that there were no steps to the dock so that all ages could enjoy a boat ride. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Great location just steps to the waters edge without all the steps to the dock. The kids and adults had a wonderful time floating around on floats and the provided lily pad by the dock, paddle boarding, riding the tube, and trying to water ski. S’mores in the evenings around the fire pit. Great meals prepared on the gas grill. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great. Quiet neighborhood. Memories made by all…from age 5 to 75.

Stayed Aug 4, 2022The accommodations were very comfortable and the property was well equipped with kitchen ware that made cooking very convenient. House layout worked very well for our group, allowing the biggest family unit to utilize the basement, the couple with the baby to be in the garage apartment away from noise and the remainder on the first floor. Dock and lake access was user friendly.

Stayed Jul 3, 2022Wonderful time! The home was perfect for a big group! Mark, the owner, was so easy to communicate with. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need for cooking! The beds are so comfortable and the AC works great! We loved that it is easy to get to the dock...... no stairs!!!! We will return for sure! I have stayed in alot of houses on Smith Lake and this is my favorite! Katherine
