Esplanade Beach House with beautiful sea views

House was very well located to shops and cafes. It is very spacious and the host, Carolyn, was very helpful. Particularly enjoyed two living areas and the fantastic view from the 'formal' dining room.

The house was beautiful, plenty of space, relaxing and so close to the beach! Wonderful communication with the host and would happily stay again!

The property was ideal for pets, clean large spaces and wonderful views.

The property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The host was great and ensured we had everything we needed. Very pet friendly and on one level which was great for our dachsund. Great walks as it was accross the road from the beach. Restaurants and shops are just around the corner. We couldn't ask for anything more.

The house was beautiful ! Loved the high ceilings, extra large bedroom and looking out to the ocean from the dining table and master bedroom. Loved every minute.

I loved how spacious and clean everything was. The host was willing to reach out and help if there were any uncertainties and a great spot to stay if you want to be close to the beach. What stood out was the beautiful ocean views from the windows!

Host was great with information a few days beforehand. House was decorated for Christmas which was lovely. Fabulous house! Fantastic views! Some beds were too short for my teenager or too hard. I sleep got so i would have appreciated a top sheet in addition to the songs. We will look to stay here again.

Lovely place to spend a few days with family and friends. Position was brilliant, close to everything we needed and of course beach was across the road. Even just sitting around and watching the view was bang on. House accommodated our whole group. Ticked all the boxes

We had a wonderful stay , location was perfect. My family of 4 , mum and sister all able to share the house and have our own space.Even able to have my grandma and uncle and cousins over for a bbq lunch , perfect chance to catch up with our family now that we live in Brisbane

This is a beautiful big, well appointed and laid out house. I've stayed here before and it's ideal for a group of friends or family. It's in a great location on the Esplanade and within easy walking distance to Semaphore Road where you'll find shops, cafes, pubs, chemist's, supermarkets. Whatever you need you'll find there. It also has a nice, private back yard with BBQ. Definitely recommend this comfortable, spacious house

We have stayed here before and were so happy to return. It did not disappoint a home away from home with class. Hope to return soon

Had everything we needed in an amazing location

Our family has done a lot of travel and this property was the best, just the size makes it perfect for sharing. The owners have considered every need, beautiful house, best location with access to shops, restaurants, pub, beach. Also to be trusted with food condiments, spices, oil and essentials is so grown up... thankyou. And the cleaning products, so of course we cooked, cleaned, chilled out and really enjoyed this place. I even met the neighbour ! Thankyou Semaphore home owners.

This is our second stay at this lovely property. It is spacious and comfortable with amazing views. The communication from the host is excellent.

Beautiful house on a great location near the ocean.. Since the weather was so hot the air conditioner was a great relief.Would recommend this place.

Was such a beautiful spot

Everything was perfect for a family group coming to Adelaide for a wedding. The house was spacious, extremely well equipped and central to everything. We had a bit of a problem with the lock box but other than that highly recommend.

This property was worth every cent. Great location and everything we needed was at our finger tips.Only a few items we would change - Queen beds need to be at least King beds and don’t have any bed ends (door) . They were too short for my husband. On the front verandah some more comfy chairs and a little table would be great.Also some milk in the fridge on arrival would have been great to make a coffee. Other than that we loved our stay.

We are 5 friends aged between 50 and 60 and we stayed at this amazing house for 3 weeks from late November to middle of December. Communication from Carolyn was great, from my first enquiry about the house to our last day, just before leaving. This is a stunning, characterful house, full of charm and in a great location with an amazing view. It is also a home from home with all the home comforts of washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a piano!! The beds are really comfy with plenty of bedding and extra duvets if you need them. We had plenty of room and mainly spent time in the back room but the living room is massive and we had a meal for 9 of us with fabulous views of the ocean. For our morning cuppa we sat out front watching the birds and Semaphore life pass by... so relaxing. You don't need a car because Semaphore Road is only a 5-10 min walk with everything you need including a supermarket, bottle shop, coffee shops, food outlets and bars. The nearest train stop is at Peterhead and is a 14 min walk. The trains are every 30 mins and cost only 2 dollars off peak!!! We absolutely love this house and have already booked to stay again. It was lovely to meet Carolyn and Pete and we can't wait to go back. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Stunning home. Beautiful spacious home. Everything we needed and more. The location is brilliant, we even spotted some dolphins from the front bay window ! Semaphore is a hidden gem. We will be revisiting! Thank you, Get Outlook for Android

Ideal position, perfect for whole family with beach on the doorstep. Added bonus it's being pet friendly. Third time we have stayed and will definitely return.
