Escape to the Beech House: A Wooded Family- Friendly Retreat Close to the Beach!

Great home to stay at. Close to everything and the pool is a huge bonus.

Great rental! We had 4 adults, 3 recent high school grads and a 16 year old. Everyone loved the house. 2 king sized beds, 3 floor for the grads with a pool table, the house was spacious and clean. Pool was perfect along with hot tub. Great neighborhood and we rented a golf cart (low speed vehicle [LSV]) to get to and from beach but there were 4 bikes available too. Neighbors were very friendly and plenty of neighborhood pups to love on while you’re there. Best part was showing up and have all basic needs in the house such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels until you can get to store. Good communication with Craig and Judy. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

This property is amazing!! My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Craig was quick to respond when I had a question. The house was exactly as described, clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were a popular place to hang out. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

House location is back in a quaint and quiet neighborhood but close to all the fun things your family may be in to. House was clean and home instructions were communicated clearly. My family all agreed that we would definitely book a stay here again.

Very homey feel and relaxing. Plenty of space. Yard great fpr dogs. Neighborhood quiet and noce neighbors. Our stay was cold and windy, so we did not use jacuzzi, but would love to return in warmer weather. Loved the screened in back porch. Plenty of parking.

Craig and Judy were great hosts and very responsive! They communicated well before our stay, during our stay and even afterwards. The house was perfect for the families we had and our kids. Everyone had a great time and it was in a great location! Definitely will stay here again if we go back to visit the outer banks!

Everything was great!! Craig and judy have an awesome setup and are always a phone call away. Third time staying and will return again! Home away from home!!!

With stellar weather we spent a lot of time in the pool & hot tub! The problem with the internet/tv was unfortunate- just wish it was a secure net network for a number of reasons.

The place was very nice. A little wear and tear but that’s to be expected. One suggestion I think there’s too much kitchen utensils and accessories that almost makes it hard to find some of the stuff that you do need so maybe take away some of it

The house was awesome. The location is perfect. It is in the wooded area so a breeze made the sounds awesome. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Especially loved the bonus room . Kitchen was well stocked and the air fryer was great. A needed small appliance in any Vrbo house. The owner was great to work with . Especially friendly and helpful. Any questions we had response time was very quick. Can’t say enough good things about the house. Plenty of games and books to keep you busy if you don’t want to go out. Thanks

It was a wonder place to stay.

Nice, clean home that is well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised that the backyard pool had gates with gates or doors with locks so little kids could not get back there unattended, I really appreciated that. I wouldn't say it's walkable to the beach however it's a very short drive, like 2 minutes and the beach entrance has parking spots.

Our family had a fantastic time at the Beech House! This was our first time visiting Kitty Hawk and we will be back! The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked with supplies. Garage had an abundance of beach equipment and pool toys. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We spent a lot of time swimming and also enjoyed using the pool table. Would definitely book here again!

We had a great time at the Beech House. It was a wonderful home and everyone was completely satisfied with their bedroom. The house is comfortable and super clean. We loved the pool and screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing and beautiful beach house to make memories in. From the inground pool to the hot tub, to game nights in the screened in back porch. Or late nights playing pool and family games, so many fun stories came from our vacation here. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. The beds are comfy, and there are plenty!! My kiddos loved the loft beds in the game room!!We loved the fact there were 4 bikes to use and we toured different neighborhoods every evening and enjoyed the scenery. The toys and beach chairs provided were also so helpful. We played so many of the games the owners have, and the kids had a blast. The beach is a short and very easy walk. We did drive a couple days because my mom struggles to walk long distances, and it was super easy to find public parking across the street from the beach on Luke Street. This home is situated in a beautiful, and very quiet neighborhood. It was nice to sightsee all day, then come back and relax in this beautiful home. A big plus was Walmart was only 5 minutes away, and Target is also right down the road. And the owners have a washer and two dryers making life easier for cleanup. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and tons of cooking appliances galore. You cannot go wrong with taking a vacation here.Thank you for a wonderful week and we will definitely be back. Super clean, neat home in Kitty Hawk. Couldn't ask dor anything better. Highly recommended.

Our family of four and small dog stayed here for a short Spring Break trip. The house, located in a residential community, was very clean, organized, spacious and well-maintained. It was easy to check in and out and communications with the owners was excellent. We were able to ask questions about the house and get tips on touring the area. We especially liked the pool area, screened porch and hot tub. Thank you to Craig and Judy!

This VRBO was one of the best we have rented! The home is very large with open space on the main floor. It was a short drive to the beach and close to many attractions.

I often struggle finding a place that is truly big enough for my ever growing family. This place did not disappoint. With 8 adults we could have fit several more comfortably. The host were so gracious and very communitive. I would gladly stay there again.

We lived the size of the home, with our teens getting their own hangout space with pool table, fun built in bunk beds, and TV. Other bedrooms and baths were spacious along with a great room for everyone to gather. I loved the pool and pool furniture plus hot tub. I would come back with my extended family as well!The area was beautiful to walk or bike around.
