Escape to the Beach, w/ 3 Main Level Bedrooms, Huge Deck, Ocean Views, Steps 2 Beach

Love the size of the kitchen and the bedrooms. My family was comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. The oven was having issues heating up, very slow, but eventually got there! Please look into that. Loved the access to the beach and being able to see the beach from the living room. We don't expect much from beach furniture but do suggest looking into a more comfortable couch.This is our second year at this house and will continue to rent it. Thanks for the general upkeep and for making our stay very pleasant!

Beach view, located right next to the ocean. Family friendly with plenty of room. A little outdated with furniture worn and kitchen stuff used and or broken. Would rate 3 out of 5 overall. Location made the stay with it!

This is a great family home with plenty of space for all ages to enjoy together as a big group or small isolated spots to get some quiet time. We loved that the beach was so accessible and a hose on front deck to rinse off. The deck with hot tub was great- warm and clean. Plenty of extra blankets for windy evenings to enjoy the sunset from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked a d even had a big crab pot for steaming and a couple of crackers. Overall a great property and would stay again. Property has space for 3 cars.A few suggestions ewpwcially for ghe price and cleaning fees: Get a new toaster. Check the accuracy of the stove heating element-would not heat properly. Front deck was worn and saggy in some places and worried would give out. Carpets could use a good cleaning, very dirty in some bedrooms.

House was clean, warm and inviting. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great house and few steps to beach!

DO NOT RENT HERE. This property was a complete disappointment and a total misrepresentation of what was advertised.We booked this place specifically for the hot tub, which we confirmed was working just days before arrival. When we showed up, it was broken and we were told the owners themselves damaged it before leaving. That alone would’ve been bad enough—but it gets worse.- The fireplace doesn’t work- The bathtubs are clogged and gross.- The sliding doors are broken and barely usable- The property was in poor condition overall, with several things clearly neglected or just not functioning.We have video evidence of the issues—including some absolutely wild behavior from the owners—that we’re prepared to share if this isn't resolved appropriately. I’ve already reached out to VRBO and will continue to escalate until we get a full refund for this mess.This experience was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone until major repairs are made and the listing is made honest.

Love the ocean view and the waves! Plenty of space. Loved the table for games

The house had perfect access to the beach. We were surprised at how nice the view of the ocean was from the living room and kitchen table, as well as a great view from the deck. 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms was perfect, along with one other bedroom and bathroom allowed us to spread out. The beds were extremely comfy. We only had a few issues. The fireplace never worked during our stay. The management had people come out twice but no one could fix it. We also had asked management for lightbulbs that burned out upon our arrival and it took over 2 days to get replacements. The hot tub also needs a new cover- the first time we tried to use it the water was less than half full and the heater wasn’t working because of low water. We filled the tub up and got it working so we could enjoy it. The next time we went to use it though, the water level had gone down again so we had to fill it again and wait. We secured the cover as best as it would go each time, but the water kept evaporating out.

My family had a great vacation at this house. Everything was comfortable.

We loved staying here so much. The house was very clean and just steps to the beach. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while being able to see and hear the ocean.

This house was perfect for our family beach trip with 6 adults, two teenagers and two dogs. There was plenty of space, it was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. This house is about a two minute walk from the beach, with views of the surf from the front porch and large deck over the garage. We all enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the ocean. The property manager, Itrip is easy to communicate with and checking in was smooth.

Best place to relax on the coast, unless you like lots of traffic, crowds and bad food.

You never know what you will get and we were pleasantly surprised at the size and layout. The rooms and beds were very nice. You can see the beach from the living room and the garage rooftop, so that was great! Also, the walk to the beach was short and easy for all ages. We were in need of more wash cloths and had to wait til Sat for someone to help us get the fireplace operating. I did get swift response to my inquires, although it did take until the next day to get these items squared away! We did appreciate the excellent communication. Overall, a wonderful place! Will try to rent again another time.

This was a terrific house for our family gathering for a 90th birthday. Wonderful location to get to the beach and to drive to various sites on the coast. Amazing deck with a view of the ocean and sunsets.

Great location with fantastic access to beach. Property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Recommended for any beach getaway.

Everyone enjoyed the location and the house itself

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Rockaway Beach home. There was plenty of space for our 11 family members, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix breakfasts and dinners. Having 4 full bathrooms was great We loved the hot tub, which was easy to operate and access. The view from the upper deck was fantastic….sunsets were spectacular. With just a short walk to the expansive beach, we were able to come and go all day long. If we needed drinks, buckets, towels etc. it was so easy to go back to the house and return We will definitely return. This place was the best.
