My experience at this house was the worst. When we arrived, the house was filthy, the sheets smelled bad, they hadn't washed them on the beds, there were bugs, and at night there are mice that eat your food. I told the host, and he said he would send someone to clean it, and I'm still waiting for that person. The beds are broken, the shower water doesn't drain, and I want my money back. I don't recommend this place. The house is pretty, but it's far from being a place to enjoy. I will never come back here. I hope no one else has to go through the bad experience my family and I had.

Host was very responsive until we had an issue. We really tried to overlook the towel issue, which was mentioned in a previous review and poorly stocked kitchen. Not even a coffee pot. Dishwasher wouldn’t close and seal was hanging off the door. No soap in the showers. Two of the beds are broken. Hair in the drains preventing shower water from draining. Generally very unclean. And then there were MICE!!! Host said there were no mice however he had mouse traps in the kitchen and then said mice are a problem in all of BC. That was it. Tried to get a refund on our unstayed nights and it was like pulling teeth both with VRBO and the host. We did get some refund but not our unused nights. Disappointed in VRBO customer service. We provided photos to both Vrbo and the host. Vrbo response was the didn’t see a mouse in the photos. I explained that we didn’t see them but the mouse poop photos and the food eaten photos were proof. Spent probably 4 hours over 3 calls to VRBO and only got a partial refund.

The dishes in the kitchen were dirty,one of the bathroom did not draining after shower,bedsheets in the master bedroom were dirty and extra sheets in the closet did smell clean either , master bedroom balcony door couldn't lock we had to put a chair to block the door to sleep at night,one bed was flimsy and waited for about 20minutes to get the access code even though it was around 7pm when arrived.

Beautiful home. Quiet, clean and the rooms are spacious and private. Owner was very responsive and always on top of any questions. I will definitely stay here again.

House is beautiful, spacious, big lay out plenty of room for the family. However, no book with instructions or information as to WiFi password, garbage, etc towels smelled of humidity and kind of wet dog and we had to go out and buy our own towels. 2 of the showers drain did not drain water properly, not enough kitchen items for the amount of people the house accommodates. House was definitely not clean. Toilets were dirty, fan had at least an inch of dust on it, there’s trash in the backyard, refrigerator was dirty. Several Bedspreads had stains on them which really grossed us out.

We had a very good time as a family group together for the holidays. Pinder was a great host, responsive and accomodating. Chair lift was helpful for us which sets this place apart. Large functional kitchen and common areas for everyone. Lots of bathrooms. Location was good, close to a walking area and shopping. Amazing views of the mountains from the kitchen and porch. Worked well for us - thanks.

The house fit our needs pretty well. Loved all the beds and bathrooms, although not quite finished in several areas. Family living, kitchen, and dining areas nice for gathering, family meals, and games. Outdoor space not usable. No tables or chairs, cluttered, with liter,useable. No tables, chairs,
