Escape to Paradise on Treasure Island

Great location on the beach and great amenities (cafe, pool bar, gym!) Super convenient to everything. The beach itself was huge and uncrowded. We had a great time!!

Keeping the recent hurricanes in mind, changes in landscape and services are to be expected. In light of all that, Sunset Vistas appears to be returning to normal as quickly as they can. The main pool is open, although the heater is broken at present, but some hardy souls were swimming! The bar, as such, is not open, but drinks are available for purchase at poolside. Our condo was well-kept, and clean. We've stayed at Sunset Vistas multiple times throughout the years and have never been disappointed. We like the fact that we can walk the beach to John's Pass. Our only disappointment was that the little ice cream shop next to the resort has been closed down..... and from what I understand the present owner is not planning to reopen. :(

Pool was much smaller - ended up cancelling. Property manager was great and refunded money.

Our second year of staying in Sun Set Vistas - this time using Verbo was even easier. Just arrive after set time and use your code and you're in and out. We have come to realize that - that location is one of the best because your right there just down the road from Johns Pass. Late October was a perfect time of the year to stay.

We have been here 3 years in a roll and its our family get away. the staff is always so nice and the amenities on property is the reason we come back every year. Due to the number of times we have stayed on property we have built friendship with people around the states and we see them every year now, so it makes it feel like home away from home. Look no further if your looking for a relaxing, quiet, and accommodating place to stay.

Everything was great however, the unit we rented lacked bacic supplies. Unit shared area was not cleaned floors dirty, found open water bottles and garbage, coffee pot so bad we had to request another one. They did offer to clean it but we did it when we got there. Offered to return or paid cleaning fee. Still waiting for that.

The facility and condo were both as described and enjoyable.

This is a lovely 2 bd 2 bath unit with plenty of space and a cute little balcony that gets the morning sun. Accessing the unit was easy, parking was convenient and there is a little cafe on site as well as an adorable beach bar. Very easy access to the beach and right on Gulf Blvd to go anywhere you wsnt. It is right by the elevator which is very convenient, but earplugs are needed in the inner bedroom. Its not a negative at all, just bring them with. Highly recommend this place!!!!
