Stayed Apr 14, 2026So glad I chose this lovely house. 10 out of 10 for the attention to detail provided by the hosts to ensure guests have a relaxed stay. Each room offers special touches and amenities.The cupboards were well stocked and instructions were easy to follow. A very short walk to the beach offers spectacular views of the sunrise and sitting on the back deck offer spectacular views of the sunset. What could be better! Great location if traveling with pets. Response from the host was instantaneous and helpful advice was offered when needed.

We have stayed in many a rental over the decades, and I don't think we have ever had a kitchen with so many thoughtful items, so many plates, etc. As a bunch of friends were meeting there to memorialize a friend, it was fantastic not to use paper plates, etc.Great host, great rental!

Stayed Oct 5, 2025Great location with tons of space, being able to bring our dog along was so wonderful. Unfortunately the plumbing to the outdoor shower was broken which we were looking forward to using but otherwise everything was as expected!

Stayed Apr 22, 2025House was very nice. It was very clean. Loved the location close to Prime Hook. Easy access to the beach across the street. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Enjoyed kayaking at Trapp State Park and Prime Hook. Loved Bombay Hook and seeing the eagles and Cape Henlopen beach. Location was convenient to it all. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024The house had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was the location, which of course isn't the houses fault wasn't near much as far as good food or things to do. We had to drive to Rehoboth or Lewes to eat anything good or find things to do.
