What a perfect charming home in a great location! Andrea was great with communication and greeted us when we arrived. She showed us around the property and gave us suggestions on things to do while we stayed. The house had plenty of room and was comfortable for our party of 8. The 4 kids had the best time using the downstairs area as their own space- and the best part was the access right out to the sand with the beach just a short walk away. Plenty of toys, sports equipment, beach chairs and towels. Thank you, Andrea, for treating us to a great little family vacation

Andrea met us at the beautiful beach house and gave our 3 generation group a tour. Loved the spacious rooms, views and access to beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this Mission Beach home right on the sand! The setup was perfect for our family—our daughters stayed upstairs with us while our adult grandsons had a great time downstairs with a pool table, patio, and direct beach access. It was also super convenient for walking the dogs, with easy access to the grass and path.The home was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved the upstairs deck for coffee, relaxing, or a cocktail while watching the beach activity. There’s volleyball just outside which is going on from 6am to 10pm daily. It’s a short walk to the water.The garage was the largest we’ve ever had in a rental, and driveway parking was a big plus. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and toys, and the host was very helpful and gracious.Some things to note: you’ll hear street and plane noise—typical for the area but noticeable if you’re used to quiet. Also, there are stairs to navigate each time you come and go, which we didn’t mind (good exercise!). The home is a bit dated, but overall very comfortable and well maintained. The private patio downstairs has a lovely garden and nice shade during the afternoons and a fire table for evenings. We’d definitely recommend this property for families or groups looking for a relaxed, beachside getaway!

The property was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the time with family at this property. All the amenities was provided and the house was perfect for 10 people.

The house was just like the pictures. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There were even extra blankets accessible for anyone who wanted a warmer night sleep, or snuggling on the deck watching the sun set. The location is perfect. We took a long walk down the boardwalk from the house and realized our location was so much quieter and private than the other homes in the same vicinity. The kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need to make meals at home. Best of all was our host Andrea. She quickly refunded me our pet deposit when I told her our pet passed way and would not be joining us. I’ve lost deposits on rentals for much more. She also worked with us on getting in the house a little early so we could drop off luggage and freshen up before attending our first graduation event at SDSU. We could not have made a better choice! Having everything work out so smoothly so we could focus on celebrating our daughters graduation from really enhanced our trip! Thank you Andrea, we look forward to another visit in the future!

This a very comfortable home right on the beach. The upstairs porch is perfect for morning coffee and watching the volleyball players. We did a lot of baking and grilling which was nice for family time. The bicycles are handy for grocery runs and cruising the boardwalk. Will definitely consider a stay here again!

Right on the beach and an easy access to Belmont Park. The house also has room to park a 3/4 ton truck.

Loved the location - walked to everything; the host was awesome and had great communications throughout. Highly recommended!
