From the moment you push open the front door and are greeted by the sweep of a grand staircase, you'll know you've found something truly special.

A Home Designed for Connection
Spanning three magnificent levels—all accessible via a private elevator—this home was built for making memories. Whether you're hosting a multi-generational family reunion or a getaway with your closest friends, the layout offers the perfect balance of social hubs and private retreats.

The Ground Level: Your Private Oasis
The ground floor is the ultimate chill zone. It features a spacious living area with a large streaming TV and a hidden morning bar (fridge, microwave, and coffee station) so you don't even have to head upstairs for your first cup of joe. Step through the glass fold-away doors to discover a backyard paradise: a sparkling pool surrounded by lush Astroturf, a sunbathing deck, and a cozy fire pit for starlit conversations. With a propane grill and a blacktop griddle, alfresco dining under the palms is a must.

The First Floor: Restful Retreats
The middle level is dedicated to comfort. Here, you'll find a whimsical bunk room with two sets of Queen bunks (4 Queen Mattresses Total)—a dream for kids or the young at heart—sharing a Jack-n-Jill bath with a sophisticated King guest room. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a massive round soaking tub and a walk-in shower that feels like a private spa. Best of all Large glass doors lead to a furnished balcony, perfect for a quiet cocktail as the sea breeze rolls in.

The Top Floor: The Heart of the Home
The grand staircase leads you to the crowning jewel of the house. The top floor is an expansive, light-filled open space featuring a dining table fit for a feast. The Chef's kitchen is a work of art, featuring rare Olive Wood cabinetry and high-end appliances that make cooking for a crowd a joy rather than a chore. This level opens onto a third massive balcony with a large teak table, allowing your entire group to dine together while overlooking the island. A final, stunning King suite on this level ensures everyone has a luxurious place to land.
