Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. ⚠️ Hot Tub Disclaimer
Please note that the hot tub may not always be in ready-to-use condition upon your arrival and may require cleaning or servicing. Guests are welcome to contact the host at any time should they wish to have the hot tub cleaned and prepared for use.

◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, note that these items are not replenished, and you’d need to purchase more as needed.

◆ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.

◆ Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES
The primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.
The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges accrued.
Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
Please avoid moving furniture.
A $50 charge will apply for any lost keys.
