Stayed Feb 14, 2026Host tried to charge additional cleaning fee after booking was completed and confirmed through VRBO. Accommodations were dated and not as clean as compared to other VRBO accommodations we have rented. Mind you, it wasn’t full on dirty, it just was a bit dingy, and a cup with a partially consumed beverage was left on an end table. If something as obvious as that was not cleaned up, it leads me to wonder how often they are mopping floors, etc.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025The listing was misleading. Should be more upfront about this being a doublewide trailer in a trailer park. No fire ring although every camp spot had one. Had to spend way too much time negotiating parking a single truck towing a small cargo trailer. My guests were unimpressed with this overnight stay. On a positive note it was reasonably clean and quiet.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Perfect for what we needed. Plan on booking again. Only complaint was, we had trouble getting wood delivered. But they eventually took care of us .
