Escape to Anna Maria Island!

Great place. Great host.

We were looking for somewhere new to go but wanted to stay in Florida. My daughter was dying to go to the Gulf Coast and we stumbled upon Anna Maria Island through Instagram. This vacation rental was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't have had better hosts! It was very clean and there really isn't much you would need to bring with you. Jeff was very communicative and didn't hesitate to list his favorite spots when asked. The beach is literally 2 blocks away which was super convenient. This rental is also just one street over from the cutest little shops and restaurants. I would definitely rent a golf cart when you are here. We didn't use our truck at all as the golf cart took us everywhere. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed the place; it has everything we needed and is very close to the beach, restaurants and the pier in the area. Safe and quite neighborhood, clean house, many board games and more. Jeff is a great host.

A beautiful home within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and tons of shopping. The hosts were quick to get back to us when we messaged them. They had beach supplies we could use as well. Perfect

This property was beautiful. Exactly as described. The location was perfect. A very short walk to everything you could need...the beach, restaurants and shops. Our favorite part was enjoying morning coffee on the screened in porch. The house was clean and had everything you could need. We will definitely be back.

Great place, great location

We stayed here for 4 nights with my parents and our almost-2 year son. Such a nice place with all the amenities you’d want for a quick beach trip! Conveniently located in the middle of the island, can walk to either side in less than 10 minutes. The shed is stocked with bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs, and beach toys. The outdoor shower is super convenient for rinsing off after a beach day. The interior has been updated recently and was very comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location!

Our stay was perfect for us. We had four teenagers, and they took bikes out for a ride upon arrival to check out the area. The extras in the house were helpful and included name-brand cleaning items, which doesn’t make a difference to us personally but speaks for the level of attention to quality and cleanliness IMO. Communication from the host was excellent. We would recommend and stay here again. The proximity to everything was perfect and quiet as well.

The place delivered on its high rating score. Wonderful location. Numerous beach access points and meal options available within walking distance. House was clean. Both kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. The screened-in outdoor areas and living room contained ample space for our family of 4 to relax. Bikes and folding chairs were in excellent condition and located in the main level storage shed.

Location is perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach. House also came stocked with good beach gear and bikes/wagon. Communication with host was easy and fast. Will definitely try to stay here again.

The house is lovely. We loved the front porch. Although we did not use the lanai on the lower level, it is a great place for outdoor activities and outdoor meals. The kitchen is amazing. We enjoyed the large center island which came in very handy as we all prepared dinner together. The only downside was the temperature control. We were fortunate that it was cooler weather, but in the afternoon the house did get warm. The thermostat is remote controlled so we could not adjust it to cool the house down. The host was accommodating to our request. I would just suggest working out the temperatures you would like with Jeff prior to your stay. Overall, the stay, the house, the location was excellent.

Location was excellent! Quiet. Very comfortable house. Host did not intrude but was there if we needed anything.we had a great time.

The host was very responsive. The house is in a great location to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house was well stocked. Loved the front porch and downstairs porch with games. We spent time on both. The house is very nice and was a perfect size for our family. We enjoyed using the bikes. It was helpful to have the beach chairs and umbrella as well. We had a wonderful stay at Ave Maria!

Excellent location, around a 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach! And right around the corner from Pine! Great space indoors as well, nice kitchen and everything was well appointed

We loved the house and used the front screened in porch and downstairs screened in room so much. They were great when grands woke up earlier than everyone else. Great location and had everything we needed! Wonderful stay!

The home is spectacular and we had a wonderful stay with family and friends that came to visit. We would stay here again any time. Close to the beach and one block from Pine Ave where you can eat and shop. We rented a golf cart and had fun.

It was our 2nd year in a row at this property. It's even better with the new renovated kitchen. Perfect location. We loved every second. Easy to contact the owner also. Perfect!

We had a lovely visit at this VRBO. Jeff was communicative and responsive. This VRBO has SO many extras!!! It's the little things that you don't realize you need till you're away from home and need it, well, they've likely got it there for you. Great location and would absolutely stay there again!

Our stay was fantastic. Easy walking access to the beach, trolley and restaurants.

This was our third stay at this property/house. We feel very comfortable, and love the renovated kitchen this year. The walking proximity to the beach, and some of the restaurants is convenient. Just a short drive to play pickle ball or tennis. One of our favorite things to do is sitting on the porch in the morning and drinking our coffee before we plan our day.

We LOVED our stay here!! It was perfect. Great location and the game room downstairs is so cute.Also, don’t forget they have BIKES!!! Loved!
