Stayed May 24, 2024We wanted a little time to relax and get away from reality. This did the trick! The property manager was very responsive and answered all messages very quickly. The place was nice and clean and quiet. The pool was very relaxing. My only complaints are 1) the place needs new blinds. Almost all of the blinds are broken and missing slats. This made it hard to sleep in with the sun coming in early in the morning. It also took away from having privacy when the pool man was there. 2) on the last day, there was an issue with the pool that caused a problem with the filter running right. Cindy answered quickly and sent the pool man within the hour. Apparently the skimmer had a leak outside of the pool. These things happen. The pool guy plugged it with something to slow it and put the hose in the skimmer to add water to get everything running again. However, he said he didn’t have time to stick around to shut it off when it needed to be shut off and told us to shut it off at a certain point. Everything else was perfect tho!
