let me start off we saying we are in love with the house , planning to go back soon wished we didnt have tomleave so soon , everything is as pictures super clean neighborhood quiet and lovely, quick response , everything near by we LOVED IT birthday girl loved it house has everything you need

We had so much fun at the geat escape! This was hands down one of the best experience weve ever had while traveling the home was beautiful the property management team is professional and quick to respond and fix any issues thank you for making our vacation memorable

There were lots of items ready for kids and babies. And the themed bedrooms were so fun. Two of the bedrooms ( west end of house ) were very warm. The rest of the house was fine temp wise. We appreciated the alarm for the outside door to the pool. There was plenty of space for all of us and the double fridges and dishwashers and washers and dryers were so helpful. Our group had a lot of fun.

We have a small private school in south Florida celebrating our 5th grade end of the year graduation rent the property for 19 kids and 6 adults. we love the place ! It was clean great location quiet area and most importantly have everything you need !

This property was awesome definitely my favorite VrBo I have been to by far! Pool heat works, hot tub was huge, the patio was awesome, safe neighborhood with LOTS of amenities on site like a waterpark, basketball court etc. We did not want to leave!

I rarely make statements like this, but our stay was perfect! I hold a leadership role at my company in Customer Care so let's just say...it takes a lot for me to be impressed. I was impressed! This property is beautiful. The neighborhood is stellar. There were NO issues. Property manager was helpful, proactive and readily available. Without a doubt, I would stay here again.

Breathtaking house with an at home feeling! The house was gorgeous. I chose it because every room was themed, not just the kids rooms. I was a celebration of birthdays with the youngest turning 1 and the oldest 70. We had a blast!

We really liked the property and its close proximity to Disney world!. However, there were some concerns which the property manager was unable to resolve in a timely fashion. I hope they will take care of those items for the next fam to enjoy their vacay at the house fully.

Poor Start: We arrived in the late afternoon to find the pool not heated as promised. The “wrong” WIFI password had been given us AND the upstairs air conditioning not working (THAT was terrible!). We fixed the first two issues ourselves - management sent a maintenance man (Mr Torres who was wonderful) he arrived at 9:00 pm and had to Freon charge the upstairs unit which worked fine afterwards) ALL of these issues were preventable if they had checked the property as I had specifically asked! Service Recovery: Mr Torres was great - fixed the HVAC within an hour! The house was a pleasure to stay in after that! Also,, the cleaning requirements were minimal (even though we’re pretty respectful tenants to begin with). All said- it was a great experience and we’d use the host again! The Gallick Family

House is accurately listed on VRBO. Very clean, large and we never felt cramped. Close to all the Disney parks with easy routes that avoid the morning traffic. Theatre room is smaller than we thought and only sat 7 of us. There were two large bean bag options. We are movie fans so end of the night watching movies was a big deal for us but we managed. Highly recommend this house. Only issue we had were rowdy neighbors but security was quick to come. Houses in this neighborhood are very close together. We would return but we always pick different houses each year. Oh and property managers communication is stellar.

The house was excellent! The customer service was impeccable, always quick to respond and clarify all our questions. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary utensils, which made our stay even more comfortable. In addition, the location is great, with supermarkets and everything we needed nearby. The cleanliness of the house was also exceptional, everything was spotless upon our arrival. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and worry-free stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well kept. Parking was better than expecting. We had a great time.

This home is amazing! Every room is done beautifully, the pool area is great, kitchen had everything we needed, and communication with the management company was superior. It fit 22 people very comfortably. Great location to all the parks and anything else you may need. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
