Welcome to our unique 4,000 sq/ft home in Massanutten Resort. With 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this house was designed for large, multi-family groups. Part stylish mountain escape, part entertainment wonderland, this spacious house can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. This house is located just a few miles from the Massanutten ski slopes and full resort amenities.

The game room and basement is paradise for kids and adults alike, with a pool table, foosball, skee-ball, shuffleboard and a top-of-the-line Polycade Sente arcade machine with over 60 classic and modern arcade games (Street Fighter, Simpsons, TMNT, Demon's Tilt Pinball, Golden Tee). The theater room and lounge is a perfect place for a game of poker on the 8-person table. Movie buffs will love the home theater room with a 110 projector screen with soundbar, providing an immersive movie-watching experience. With 5 smart TVs throughout the property, you won’t have to go far to stream the latest shows or cheer on your favorite sports team. Fast 1.2 Gig Wi-Fi ensures your devices and TVs won't skip a beat. Or, if you prefer a good book, cozy up in a chair by the indoor fireplace.

OUTDOOR DINING, DECKS + GAMES
For those looking to spend time outdoors, the back yard and decks offer space to relax and unwind or play games. On the top deck off the kitchen, guests can enjoy cooking on the Charbroil grill for sunny brunches or dinner under the stars. After dinner, sit around the fire pit and enjoy the peace and quiet of this private escape by the woods. Down below on the second deck, enjoy the 7-seater hot tub and Almost Heaven barrel sauna with seating for four. A second fire pit overlooks the 40-ft putting green and a plethora of yard games, like tetherball, corn hole, and Giant Jenga. A hanging lounge chair offers a quiet spot to enjoy the sounds of the mountain or a good book. The location of this property on a cul-de-sac offers complete privacy from the surrounding houses when on the decks.

FULL KITCHEN + DINING ROOM
The fully stocked kitchen and Charbroil grill make feeding a crowd easy. The extra long dining room table has seating for 12, with a companion kitchen table that seats an additional 4 guests. We also have one child's booster seat and tray for a little one. Kids plates and utensils can also be found in the cabinets. Off the the kitchen you will find a sitting room with couch, multiple chairs, and a smart TV where you can enjoy some snacks and your favorite beverage before dinner is served. When you wake in the morning you will find a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker that can brew a pot or a single K-cup (a 'starter pack' of K-cups along with coffee grounds are provided). Or if you prefer tea, a box with a selection of teas is within reach, with sweeteners and non-dairy coffee creamers available.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE TO RECHARGE
The home features 6 bedrooms and 11 beds. The second floor has three bedroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a small vanity space with seating, a large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate jet tub good for long soaks after a day on the slopes. The primary bedroom also has a writing desk good for email or written correspondence. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor hold another king bed and a queen 4-poster bed, respectively. The queen bed room has a unique cabin bed for kids. This bed has a twin mattress along with trundle bed that rolls out to reveal another twin mattress. This bed is perfect for kids who want to sleep close to their parents. In the basement you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The bunk room and game room hold another four beds, with two twin-over full bunk-beds (that's two full beds and two twin beds). We also have a Pack-n-Play available for infants and babies.
