Entrada Private Gated and Dog Friendly

This is our 3rd stay at this property, 1st time at this unit. All have been wonderful!! Close to anything you need, but so quiet and private.

This place was awesome extremely clean and pet-friendly can’t wait to stay again

Very nice for pets. Quest bath would benefit from grab bars and in tub bath mat. Need multiple plug adapter in guest room. Quest room needs a waste basket. Need two gate keys so you aren't locked in if someone goes to the pool and you want to go for a walk. Need to improve the pan and lid selection in the kitchen. Cooking meals was a challenge.

This place is a dream. It has a great location for biking and walking the paths. A great little grocery store and liquor store down the road, and the back yard offers a great shaded area from the sun. Perfect for our small 4-legged friend. The artwork on the walls is absolutely stunning! Beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked. Pool is across the street but that wasn't a big deal. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back soon!

Unit was spacious and very well maintained. Property manager was responsive and communications were smooth.

The house was clean, lovely and very well equipped. The back yard was very nice for a small dog. The location near Snow Canyon and Harmons market was perfect for us. The only negatives were that opening the neighborhood gate required getting out of the car and punching in a code every time. Plus the fireplace was never operable and since it was winter we had really looked forward to having it, and there is a little bit of traffic noise from pioneer parkway especially if you are using the outside patio. but the manager made an effort to fix the fireplace it just never happened in the two weeks we were there. also, you have to walk across Pioneer to get to the pool.

Host was very quick to respond. Place was bigger than expected. Back yard was beautiful. There was some issues with the app having the wrong host phone number and addresses- but the old host was also very helpful and had the info for the new host.

We enjoyed the nearby bike paths and did rides in snow canyon from this home. We did take our car to go ride the Virgin River Trail.The home was more spacious than we expected with nice furniture, fireplace and TV. The yard was small but enjoyed sitting in the sun on the outdoor furniture. The traffic noise was a downside but only when outside. We loved the comfort of the bed in the master way above average mattress comfort. We enjoyed our stay very much the only improvements we suggest are, the lighting in the kitchen is not bright enough. Only two bath towels and three rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay was not enough.

This is a beautiful & comfortable home centrally located to Snow Canyon & other trails new construction. One-story nicely decorated clean, comfortable home with new sheets, towels, reclining leather living room sofa,& beds are perfectly firm. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great backyard (but a wild bunny visited us so keep dogs leashesd if they’re hunters).

This is a great house, close to Snow Canyon. Super clean and lots of room. Great to be able to have my dog along. Enjoyed a movie in the living room that has lots of comfortable seating. It really did feel like a home away from home.

I’m town for a softball tournament. Great house near the fields. Great communication and very nice place to stay. Thank you!
