Entire House, Remodeled, New Furniture, Near Downtown, Campus, & Mamas Boy!

The house is comfortable, clean and we loved the location. Nothing fancy but good for the price and nice back porch.

Location,location,location! An easy beautiful walk on the firefly trail to downtown Athens. We enjoyed this home and found it clean, well equipped with ample room for our family group of 8 adults .Cute and nicely decorated.Accurately listed and host was accommodating.

Nice house and it was even decorated for Christmas. Plenty of comfortable bed and bathrooms for a large family. Great location near downtown Athens and University of Georgia campus!

We loved the house, the setup was great for two families! It is very close to everything. Everything was clean and well stocked. The deck is beautiful and large! We will definitely stay again!

Great house for our group. Comfortable layout, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the deck out back allowed our group to spread out. Parking info on the description needs to be updated as there were only 2 driveway spots and first come street parking.

Great house for Game weekends! Very quiet and it holds a lot of people!

The house was very family friendly. The parking was a little tricky but we were able to park 4 large SUV vehicles between the front, back and street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to Athens center and easy access to the highway. We will definitely rent from Priscilla again the next time we are in the Athens area.

This property was great! It was very well maintained and updated! We checked in and found one of the toilets had a leak and we contacted the owner and someone was there within a couple of hours and had it fixed! We would stay her again! It is a college area so there a lot of students but we did not have any issue with any of them! We were there to celebrate my sons wedding!

Great place to stay! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding & we had plenty of room for all of us with lots of bathrooms to get ready!

This house was pretty nice. It checked almost all the boxes for our group. Couple of things that need attention Bedroom upstairs with en-suite needs blinds or curtain in bath. No privacy. Same bedroom didn’t seem to get any heat.

Here for the game! Was not a bad walk to stadium - 1.5 miles and very close to mama’s boy! Could have been a bit cleaner - found cobwebs in corners and over drapes but nothing dirty in “obvious” places! Parking out front isn’t really for 2 cars unless you have very small cars so we simply street parked one vehicle with no issue. Owner was also very amenable to us entering an hour early so we could get to the dawg walk on time!

The house was perfect for our family. Very accommodating. The large deck was an awesome hang out for us all. Had some great hangout time. The weather was perfect to do so.

We stayed here for the State Championship Swim meet at UGA. It was 3 families (5 adults and 5 teenagers )We had enough room although it was a bit “cozy” Everyone had a bed and the 4 bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was a bit small for all of those people, but we made it work. There were plenty of amenities. Kitchen items, bathroom items, extra linens, pillows, fans. And the deck with table and sofa and grill is great. The only negative is that parts of the neighborhood are a bit rough with some run down houses. But I never felt unsafe.
