Stayed Dec 28, 2025We were unable to checkin, door code didn’t work. Host was unresponsive. Host eventually replied that they were 2 hours away and were coming. However,. Cleaners were unable to get in to clean up after previous guests. Host claimed they were unaware of issue. We were literally left without a place to stay. Host refunded the “rental” fee but did not cancel our reservation with Vrbo. Vrbo will not refund our fee as host did not “cancel” our reservation. Needless to say it’s currently a wild goose chase.
