Stayed Mar 30, 2025Who ever does the cleaning, doesn’t do a good job. Utensils had to be cleaned before I could use them. Spills in the fridge, and the cabinet above the laundry. Nice enough area, just need a bit of better care. Left it better than I found it.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Nice house in a decent Phoenix area with a great yard. It has the potential to be a really great VRBO if the owners would invest in some professional cleaning and maintenance. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the bathrooms and kitchen before I could comfortable stay there. The back yard has a nice outdoor kitchen but the grill was dirty and rusted. th

Stayed Jan 26, 2024The property was very clean and located close to the Reach 11 Sports Complex. The beds were comfortable and back yard is very nice. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend the Sicilian Butcher if you are looking for a good place to eat near the property!
