Entire Home, Central Tucson Near UofA Campus and downtown Tucson

We had a wonderful stay at Silver St. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed like a washer and dryer and a coffee pot. The beds were comfortable and the backyard was inviting. It was about 10 minutes away from Downtown, an easy drive away from the Convention Center. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

This was our second time staying at the property so it felt like coming home to our Tucson home. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is very clean with cleansing products available, the kitchen was easy to cook in and the grill was great too. Booking was smooth and communicating with the owner was very easy. The back patio was perfect for breakfast and reading / relaxing outdoors. Property is very close to grocery store making it perfect for picking up supplies. Neighborhood is wonderful for evening walks. Will stay again next time we come to Tucson.

My favorite stay in Tucson! This place is located near everything with a great coffee shop just two blocks away. The neighborhood is perfect for walking with many friendly waves from neighbors. Our host was attentive and thoughtful.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and the University is just a short drive away. The furniture and the beds are comfortable, and the front porch is a great place to sit and read. The kitchen is small, but it was fine for us; we didn't do much cooking, and it is certainly well equipped. The house was perfect for the two of us, and it's a terrific value for the price.

The central location of this home made getting to restaurants, hiking, tours & shopping easy during our 3 week stay. Our check in/out were very easy, but we could have used a bit more general information regarding things like adjusting heat/air, weekly garbage & recycling pick up, etc. The home was very quiet, comfortable & clean. Appliances were up to date & worked well. The kitchen was stocked adequately for the 2 of us. We enjoyed sitting out in the evening on the front porch & found the neighborhood quiet & safe for taking daily walks.

This was such a beautiful home for our little family. It’s close to so many great places like our favorite coffee shops. The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the house, overall, was very inviting. We felt at home.

Everything about the stay was great. The only thing that was difficult was the neighbor dogs relentless barking made it hard to enjoy the back yard. They were friendly enough dogs, and our dog just ignored them, but they were loud. Would poop here again!

I was in Tucson for work all week. This house was absolutely perfect for me, my husband and our dog. Centrally located, close to where I needed to be. While my husband worked from home the house accommodated exactly what he needed to get his job done. Work desk & Wi-Fi.A very cozy home with enough space for my dog to roam and explore enough for us to be able to stretch out and cook dinner in the evenings. It was perfect & just what I looking for our time in Tucson. I will definitely book again if available for my next visit to Tucson.

We were in town for a workshop and enjoyed Candace’s pet-friendly house and its convenient, close location to the site. Candace was very responsive to our questions and worked to provide us early access.

This home met all our needs, was well equipped and in a nice, quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. We would stay there again.

It’s a very clean cute little house! The location was great for us as we wanted to be near the medical center for my father’s surgery.

We were in Tucson to visit our daughter and this proved to be a perfect cottage for our time there. Nice and clean, it was great for our times together. Calming, comfortable interior and enough space to feel at ease.
