Everyone was extremely cozy and the owner was very warm and inviting. We had everything we needed and the rooms were all spacious and comfortable. A very FEELS LIKE HOME place!!! Do not pass this up. She accommodated us above and beyond. Many thanks wish we were able to stay longer.

Superb!! Diana's home is just that, a real home! We were a group of five friends who enjoyed this amazing historical house for three nights. Diana's attention to the details make this house truly one-of-a-kind. She thoughtfully left orange juice, Half and Half and a carton of milk to get us going. And, everywhere you look, from the personal welcome note, to the wonderfully written history of the house, we were enthralled. We have a new Gold Standard for our future trips!! Thank you so much for sharing this gem! Can't wait to return!!

Great host, clean home, walking distance to everywhere. Our host even left personalized notes for our two daughters for their birthdays. What a blessing it was to be able to stay here. They have everything that you need.

Diana is a gracious and wonderful host. Her place is everything that we expected in a home. There were tons of amenities we weren't expecting like the bottle of wine, chocolates and candies, and even the milk and orange juice in the refrigerator. The place is spiffy clean and just perfect for a getaway in the hill country. Communication throughout is commendable. Definitely an A property with a wonderful host. Would definitely stay at this property again when opportunity arise.

The house was perfectly decorated and provided excellent accommodations and privacy for a moderate size group of people. The owner was very accommodating.

We had a group stay here for a weekend trip & the house was as listed. It was clean & the check-in & check-out processes were simple. There were also a lot of shops/restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here for trips to Fredericksburg.

We all loved it.Beds were amazing which counts 95% we all work very long hours so this was great to have comfortable beds.Hostess was one of the very bestv.We will be back love the whole experience. Myfamily was so e cited they loved itv

This property is great for groups of friends. The house is charming and extremely comfortable! The host is responsive and our visit in Fredericksburg was fun! The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks off of Main Street.

Very lovely property with lots of thoughtful extras - bag of Community coffee, half-n-half, half gallon orange juice, half gallon 2% milk.....plus nice notes to my sister, whose milestone birthday we were celebrating. Home was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Recommend this 100%

Enjoyed our stay. The home is closed to the main areas in town. Home is very large we had 12 people and there was plenty of room. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything thing we needed. Clean, location and great host. What more could you ask for.

The house was wonderful! Everything you needed was provided - nice little touches throughout and the beds were so comfortable. The host was great and met us when we arrived to show us around. All the artwork in the house was done by her mother - and WOW! Beautiful. The location was perfect to be able to walk to town and restaurants. Would stay here again and would recommend.

We loved everything about this place.

It was like being at home with every convenience. Very comfortable and large home. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, along with being in the middle of everything. Communication with our host was a breeze.

Hosted a bachelorette party for my sister, her future in-laws, and friends. Great location and comfortable accomodations.

We had a wedding “after party” this weekend with friends and family and we loved have the shared space of this house to enjoy our time together all weekend!
