Entire Home, 2 Blocks to Beach, Lots of amenities, beach badges & EV charger.

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this one was by far the most accommodating. June provided all the essentials to start, including spices, bath essentials, and even snacks! There were more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas, dishes and other kitchen utensils, and a wonderful coffee bar. The fenced back patio and gated front porch was great for our dog to spend outdoor time with the family. Belmar is a very walkable town with great amenities. Strongly recommend June’s property!

Our stay was above and beyond comfortable, clean, and all we hoped for during our Jersey Shore vacation. The house was immaculate and beautiful; we were blown away from the second we stepped in through the end of the stay. Each visitor we had, from family to friends, was also incredibly impressed and happy with their stay! We loved everything, from the cozy indoors to beautiful porch. We also fell in love with the outdoor shower, which was so convenient and fun after spending time at Belmar beach, only a few blocks away. Our vacation here overall was a blast, all thanks to how perfect this house was. We would recommend this rental to anyone!!!

We just spent 10 nights in the most lovely home in Belmar. Our host June is really good at this! The home is very well stocked and provided everything we could have needed and more. It is decorated beautifully was comfortable for a long visit. We had plenty of space and it is in nice area. June was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We hope to stay in this home again on our next visit to NJ.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving! The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids—spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. June, the host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The kids loved being so close to the beach and the playground just down the street. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

Great month of October here at June’s place! Amazing location next to the beach and a very well stocked house, would love to stay again in October !

great 3 day weekend at the beach for Sea, Hear, Now with Bruce Springsteen. Communication with June was great. Not only was the show wonderful but we got to swim in the beautiful Belmar ocean for two days of wonderful weather. the house was very comfortable and very efficient

The owner of the property was very nice and made herself a very available for any questions or problems that may have occurred. I will definitely stay at this property again.

We loved the house as well as the proximity to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything a renter could possibly want for a beach vacation. June was very friendly and incredibly helpful and efficient if we had any questions. I would definitely return to this rental in the future.

This is one of the if not the best homes we've ever rented; spotlessly clean, just two blocks from a great beach (kids took surfing lessons and loved playing in the waves!) and there is even a dog beach about 1/2 mile from the house. you can also walk to Playa Bowls and a few other restaurants and shops. The beds are comfy, the front porch and outdoor shower are wonderful, and we even arrived to fresh flowers and cookies. The owner was very responsive. My only suggestion is to bring your own beach towels; everything else you could possibly need is provided!

Fully stocked kitchen, great amenities, quick access to the beach, everything you need to have an easy and relaxing beach getaway!

This was a great beach house - great location, really clean, and had everything we needed. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of beach chairs and toys! We really enjoyed our family vacation here.
